I know I came to the wrong place for a sit down meal but Jesus Christ. Guy at the counter couldn’t answer a question for the life of him, for some reason his default answer was “radish” and disclaimer there was not radish in any of our food. Great guy but you’d think the person at the register would know the menu a bit better

We got the veggie sushi combo which was pretty good. After telling the cashier that we can’t eat gluten, he happily gives us the veggie combo which contains plenty of it and tells us that the 2 orange things in the middle are radish - I know that makes me partially an idiot but it was hard to tell in the picture that it was actually a soggy thin layer of bread, not radish. Both veggie rolls were really tasty, sweet potato roll has gluten.

Sweet potato onigiri texture was A1 but the flavor was lacking (also has gluten)

This spicy pork bibimbap is where the second star was lost. Pork was subpar, bad flavor and texture, definitely not fresh. Soup Shack’s Tonkatsu rice bowl is basically a better version of this. The bowl was piping hot for 30 minutes straight because the material of the bowl conducts heat really well, and they also serve it on a heated platter lol. Tasted delicious otherwise. I love this place. It opened nearby my apartment in the last few months and we have ordered five+ times. The sushi is very good for the price and convenience. The fried chicken? It is blow me away excellent. Very good flavor and some of the crispiest chicken wings I've ever had. Shout out to the soy garlic sauce for being delicious.

Ginger Exchange Sushi Asian Kitchen is phenomenal! They have delicious food like bok bok chicken and sushi. The environment is nice, and the workers are friendly. You can order yourself via a screen, but be mindful that you can't specify accommodations like gluten-free. If there's a language barrier, use Google Translate or something similar.
