Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Hilltown Township

AMAZING!!! I got an online order for myself & my friend & my GOODNESS, we were so happy! I received a plump, beyooond perfectly rolled burrito, a true pearl! Great portion sizes, & everything in every single bite! Fresh & hot, full of flavor & just as I ordered it, even though it was almost 8pm! My friend also commented on how her tacos were even better than usual! Hats off to the workers here, we truly appreciate your dedication, delicious food & high standards! We will definitely continue to come to this location! The drive thru is really awesome too, & the young lady at the window/register was super helpful & friendly! YALL ROCK MY SOCKS OFF, thank you SO MUCH for the cherry on top of my awesome Tuesday!!! (For those reviews who complain about missing ingredients like fajitas, chips, guacamole, etc., that is completely beyond the control of the store & employees, no it's not because of laziness like one reviewer said (who has obviously never worked in food service:) they cannot help it, it is because of supply issues from the distributor who sometimes does not deliver everything the store orders. The workers at the physical location do their absolute best with what they are given on the truck delivery they get every few days & if they didn't receive avocados, cilantro, peppers, etc., they always try their hardest to make it work, see if they can get some in from another location last minute, & serve the highest quality food with a smile! I was very excited to see a Chipotle opening in my area. After checking the reviews, it seems like they had a rough start, probably due to being extremely busy since they JUST opened. The service and quality/quantity of food goes down at ANY food establishment when there aren’t enough staff to keep up with the customers and the staff run out of ingredients or must rush around like crazy to keep up with the orders. I drove by here a few times around dinner and the entire parking lot was full, along with the mobile order pickup line AND the parking lot next to it (which was always empty prior to Chipotle opening). I decided to wait until a less busy day/time because I am not going to expect to receive quality service when a place is that busy.

With that being said, I tried them today on my lunch break (at 11:00am), they had about 4 people in the line and worked quick and efficient, all the staff was SUPER friendly (despite probably having an extremely hard week there) and the food was delicious! I got a burrito bowl and everything was cooked well and it’s still hot and they had all the available toppings ready. If you came here during an extremely busy time on top of them just opening up, and had a bad experience - then try at a less busy time or accept that the quality will not be best until they work out a system that works. This is a new team that probably met for the first time last week!

Hands down the worst Chippers ever. They should be ashamed of themselves here. The staff is insanely blah. The portions are downright disgusting. For what you pay you should get more.

Corporate, Regional manager someone needs to step it up and make changes. I don't know how this place and any other store is still in business with the bad reviews. Yet, these places are still open. That's crazy.

I have had tacos that looked like they came from the trash. Both hard and soft. I had hard shell tacos from this location once that had 3 or 4 tiny dice size chicken pieces that a rat would have said WTH? This place is a joke. An absolute joke.

The Chipotle chain I'm sure has rigorous corporate rules about portion control. Because it's all about profits over customer service with them.

I went in maybe 2 weeks ago ask for a bowl with carnitas and the guy I swear he picked his face an had no gloves on after and goes to add 3 pounds of rice to a tablespoon of carnitas. I kid you not. I kid you not. How messed up is that?

Then they try and add 3 pounds of lettuce and a tablespoon of guac and ensure that they tell you quac is extra. No kidding. I'm new here thanks for that informative information. Woo

Steve Ells has to be embarrassed right now. Because I know for a fact his Denver locations are not doing this at all.

And the staff, omg. Ya no. I will not be ordering from this location at all ever...
