Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in South Bend

I received an email this week stating that all subs were 50% thru March 29. Yestreday they ran out of chicken. Said they have it today. I went to place an online order at 640pm. The app would not allow me to select a time tonight. It was a time for tomorrow March 30th.

I called them and was informed they were out of chicken and steak. I said I would place an order for a cold sandwich and he said we don't take online orders 45 minutes before close. There is no posting of this on the app. I asked if I could make the order on phone and get the 50% off and he said no. He said it be full price. He said sorry though. I told him I was writing a review. He said okay, again sorry.

If you're going to run a promotion let customers know what the criteria is. Running out of chicken and steak. No notification that online orders cannot be taken 45 minutes before close.

Terrible customer service. Lost...

I came in for my third time because my first two times was excellent but I come in the third time which was yesterday I had two mess up.the first sandwich had a hair in it. The second didn't have mayo seasoning or oil so I called to just get the condiments on the side they lady may said I can come back next time to get two free regular sandwiches which I'm doing today but as I come in the manager accuse me of lying and I offered to show a pic she states that she watched the camera back and she don't need a pic from me. I don't need to lie I had two #26 a chicken bacon ranch it definitely only had one sandwich that had bacon and that was my bf not mines. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK that lady...

After waiting 20 minutes for 1 sub and watching everyone who came in after me receive their's, I was told by Tara, the general manager, my ticket was forgotten and it would take 2 minutes to make. 5 minutes later I watched it fall out of the girls hands amd onto the floor. After requesting a refund I heard Tara yell, just throw it away she doesn't want it. Really? After it fell on the floor. Not only did I not get an apology, Tara's excuse was she was in a hurry and she's new.
