I am beyond angry at this KFC right now. The order taker in the drive through was okay but whoever made my food is the worst kind of human being. I ordered 2 chicken littles, no pickles, and 2 classic wraps, also with no pickles. Easy order that the drive through person repeated back to me perfectly. I got my order and drove off heading to my next job. I reached in and grabbed the first thing in the bag, one of the wraps. As I unwrapped it liquid poured out. The tortilla was drenched. Not with steam from the hot food, but with pickle juice. The smell of pickles hit me hard. I sopped the juice from my lap with the few napkins provided and took a bite. Pickles. That is all I could taste. I dislike pickles on my chicken so this just made me more angry. I threw that wrap in the garbage and grabbed the other wrap. Opened it up and more pickles. Tossed it. Opened both chicken littles and more pickles. I could not eat a single bite of my order. Then it dawned on me, the second wrap was nice and dry, not sopping wet, which leads me to think that this was a malicious act by the person who prepared my food. I went back to that store after my shift but the manager couldn't care less. I discarded the food and never received a receipt so I'm out $10 and change just so a KFC employee could feel good about himself for ruining someone's meal. I am done with that store since it is clear that they don't care even a little about quality of food or service. Stay away unless you want your meal how they want...
Read moreI visited store 8-26-25 drive thru. SB/Michigan St. --KFC Food (fries) cold, greasy & dark in color rather than golden brown. Nuggets cooked very hard and almost a burnt look! I went inside to let staff know with hopes of getting a fresh new order. I entered the store and was not approached at the counter for about (7 min, timed😠). Although the two staff members Hannah and Aryiah(A-which may be spelled incorrectly) walked back in forth and glanced at me be never waited on me. Finally approaching the counter to say nothing but grab for the bag I bought back in ..which I had to abruptly stop her!!....As her poor attitude went on, in a rude/ poor customer service manner as I was explaining my food situation she started verbally cutting me off, stating ALL of our food is cooked in the same GREASE (as to say now what!) I firmly stated I want fresh food or a refund. A, stated we don't give refunds but we try to make it right. As she went on to help other customers at the drive thru, I asked the staff Hannah was there a manager on duty, she said yes and pointed to A, WOW!!! was I surprised. What a horrible example of management.This young girl needs managerial training skills! quick fast & in a hurry. This may not be the job for her working with the public.... She was having trouble deciding what to get, it was apparent she was trying to be cautious about spending, and inquiring substitutions to get a drink on a warm day. The staff did not provide suggestions, only answered with yes or no, and were more than short with the customer.
Then she asked for light meat which the staff informed her that they only have dark meat, she ask if the tenders were the same, which they were not. Staff then said "is that all?" sounding all frustrated with with the customer and complete jerk at that.
Needless to say I lost my appetite and left, if the people there don't care about how they talk to people and cannot put forward the effort then why would they care bout the food they make serve and serve to...
