Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Bend

I went there last night walked in the door sat 10min without anyone waiting on me three girls not standing 10feet away screwing around, I finally asked if anyone was working and one turned around really cocky and shouted no, I would have walked out but I had my wife and two daughters in the car, oh yeah hot-n-ready in this stores world means hot n ready in 20min. Come to find out the cocky girls mom was the manager, she was there too in her pajamas. They did have 3 employees out of the 7working the two young men did a fine job as well as the red hair latino girl, but I so would have fired the manager and 3 young ladies, they were 100percent rude and unhelpful. I was ordering from here all time no problem great service great food. Unfortunately things have taken a turn for the worst. Lately it seems they can’t get an order correct. Last night I got my pizza home and it was made incorrectly I returned to the store and they said they would remake it (no apology no nothing) that’s fine I’ll wait again. As I’m waiting I notice the employees making the pizzas DO NOT WEAR GLOVES while making the food nor do I see the employee wash their hands before making the next pizza ( can you say contamination)! Had no issue with the taste of the pizza at this location. If the poor excuse of food given could be called that. Ordered 3 pizzas 2 of which were not cut through all the way, the third was not even cut; also all 3 pizzas were extremely thin, a peice of paper would be thicker than this, and were slightly over sauced to make up for the lack of cheese. Staff was quick to take and process my order but were also very dismissive towards each customer. Will not return to this location and would advise others...
