Wish I could give them a 0. Went to celebrate my daughter 1st birthday and had the worst experience of my life! Got seated right away and the hostess was super nice. Once seated we waited about 10 minutes and then asked the hostess who our waitress was. She pointed her out, but told us she would get our drinks. Finally, about 5-10 mins after that our waitress finally came over. We were still waiting on 2 more people at the time, but put in some appetizers. The rest of our party showed up she never took their drink order until we stopped her. She took our order and then 15 minutes came over with the bill to make sure she put in our order correctly. I ordered 1 “kids meal” which is the size of an adult meal and said I was splitting it between my 2 1/2 year old and my 1 year old. When looking at the bill the charged me for a “splitting” fee of $2.00. I questioned it and was told even if I gave my daughter 2 bites of my sons meal they had to charge me. We ended up waiting over and hour and a half for our food. Our server disappeared on her cell phone. We all served ourselves our drinks and nobody ever said anything or apologized for us having to server ourselves. Our actual server never showed back up except with our bill. We asked to speak to a manager a lady came over told me she would take off the spilt fee, and asked if we had any other questions. My husband complained about not being severed and she said she would give us a $25 gift card. We said we would never be back and didn’t want the gift card. She said she couldn’t do anything else for us. Things just escalated from there. She eventually told us she was going to call the cops and kicked us out. I couldn’t be happier to leave!! Thanks to all of the nasty staff that was there, that had no compassion or empathy to my family you succeeded in ruining our daughters birthday dinner. We have been here many times. The food prices have gone up and not worth it. My husband always gets the crab and shrimp shells with vodka sauce. This time the shrimp was rubber like and they are skimpy on the sauce. I ordered the salad bar giving it another chance due to the fact that last time there was a huge moth in my salad and nothing was done about it... They always have the homemade crutons which is one reason I like the salad, the waitress said they were short staffed and hadn't had time to make them. There was a very full kitchen of people though... Our waitress wasn't friendly and brought out check out with our food. To me this says I'm done with you and is rude. She never came back except when my husband waived her down for a to go box. This is sad that the price went up but quality and customer service say this restaurant is done.. the couple times we saw our waitress she just kept saying how short staffed they were but there was one table besides us...

My family and I ordered food from here after discovering it online and we were excited to try it. We ordered a pasta, Pepperoni pizza, and a salad. Unfortunately the food was way below our expectations. The pasta smelled bad and the pizza tasted like it was sitting out and warmed up last minute. Sadly, the best tasting items were the breadstick and the side salad. We decided to call the restaurant for a refund on the pizza and pasta or some sort of reimbursement. However, the owner seemed defensive/angry right off the bat and told us our complaint was not valid. She decided to reimburse the tip, and hung up on us. If the food is terrible, fine we’ll let it go if nothing can be done. However, terrible service? There was no reason to be rude. Especially if we weren’t unreasonable or rude on our end.
