On Dec 27. 2023 around 8:30pm. Order several Pizza and chicken for a business meeting. The pizza was delivered passed the time frame that it was set to come..it was stated that the driver might be at another location and we were up next.
Once the pizza arrived it was cold. We had to put it in a microwave.
Open the chicken and it was white. Not done at all. I called the store and the manager took it to heart about my complaint and told me I should recook the chicken to my liking. I informed him that it was raw, He stated he can resend 1 chicken and thats it.
Anything else call his manager in a few days. We asked him to note that we did not want any more food delivered being this order was wrong and the time frame was long. So he said ok well there isn't anything else he can do.
I Asked was the conversation being recorded because he was rude with his reply. He said tou can record if you want and how he has to go This is the 2nd time about this location. Many ppl i have spoke to said they do not have a good review about this location because the customer service is not up to par. I now see why.
Till today. JAN 7, 2024. i still have not receive a call back. So I called again today. Spoke to someone who stated he is the manager, I said I need the store Manager, General manager someone above. He stated that was him. Once I told him my complaint he instructed me to call back at 530pm to speak to his general manager 😒.
These Kids play games with these calls and its annoying to get the run around. I would like to have a refund or store credit to another location because I will not be repeating my services at this location, nor sending anyone else here.

The delivered me the completely wrong pizzas and the one pizza had an ingredient that I’m allergic to so I had to throw it away. I ordered these pizzas with enough time to eat them and get out the door to what I needed to get to. I called and asked for a refund and was told they could remake my pizzas I said no because I didn’t have to wait around for them to fix their mistake, they offered a free pizza on my next delivery and again I said no, I explained I just wanted my money back for the pizzas, especially since I had to throw one away, she got short with me, said she’d give me the refund and then hung up on me without asking for any of my information. 3 days later I hear nothing so I call back. A very nice employee takes down all my info and says she’s going to reach out to her manager and I would receive a refund 3-4 days later. 3-4 days later I receive nothing still so I call back YET AGAIN and after getting passed around the kid who tries to help me is being short and rude and not being helpful at all so I hang up and call back and speak to the same girl I had before. She said she reached out to her manager but hadn’t heard back. She didn’t know if he was on vacation or something. What kind of manager doesn’t tell his employees he’s going on vacation? Coke was big coke - online did t have option if small bottles so had to order liter one. Went there picked up. Kids were hungry and wanted to eat there. I asked for cups for coke they didn’t have in store. I genuinely asked can they exchange for 2 smalls or maybe 1 small and give cash back but they want credit card which was used. I didn’t have. SAD PART IS ALL THIS HAPPENED FOR A FREE CUP FOR COKE AND A CREDIT CARD WHICH WAS USED AND PAID ORDER.
That’s a employee mindset— if the owner was there I’m sure he would have handled better to keep the customer happy and bring them back and not argue over 70 cents.
