Wanted to share a horrible experience at this resturant, where my wife ended up in the ER, after trying their food, there was something wrong with the beef platter, for the kids (6 and 3) we got the pizza from outside and let them have it there, while we order platters from Maza resturant. After we had the food, my wife had a severe food posining, as she was the one who had the beef item, we got her admitted to the hospital. I tried reaching out to the owner to let him know about this and let him investigate on his end, as to what had casued this, he seems not serious about this as each time we had to call him back to ask to see what did he find wrong about the food, after 3 days when we followed up, his response was just because we had brought the pizza from outside, that could have caused this issue, i told him specifically that it is for kids because the kids cannot eat behari boti, he said that my wife also had pizza that is why she got sick, I challenged him to produce d CCTV footage where she had that, but till date i.e. 20 days after he did not provide anything, the kids ate only the pizza ( from outside) and they were super fine Alhamdulillah, now the only excuse that he defends himself with is we got the food from outside, there was no where written that we cannot do that and secondly their staff permitted that. I have reports from robert wood johnson hospital reflecting severe food poisoning, Please avoid...
Read moreIf I can give this place zero stars I would. I don't how this place got 4 stars. My cousins and I went here to eat dinner we ordered two Chicken Hariyali Kabab and 1 chicken tekka. Our food arrived and my Chicken Hariyali Kabab was undercooked and had fishy taste to it I told the guy that this meat is undercooked and he started arguing with me saying this is not undercooked and this is how it suppose to taste mind you my cousin had the same dish as me and i tried his and his tasted nothing like mine so I told him taste it he refused to do so. Then he went on saying that you have to be strong and not be like white people and just eat the food because the kitchen is closed. Who says that?? I'm paying for the food it is not like I'm eating here for free. After much arguments and attitude he took my kabob and cooked it properly but still tasted like it was old. We regret eating the food here I even gave some to my cousins to try And now we are all feeling sick to the stomach. This place should be reinspected by the food and health safety people because it is a danger to everyone's health. I very dissapointed at this place i have had paki food in the past and by far it tasted nothing like this. Bottom line avoid this place...
Read morePlace is really small. More of a takeout place but there is seating for about 20-25 people in there. There is a small parking lot in the back of the building but parking can be a challenge.
The food was good but would've been better if it was grilled for a couple of minutes more. The guy there at the counter was really friendly though.
It is hot in there so if you live close I'd recommend you get your food to go. They fix have a portable air conditioner but the small size of the place wasn't helping as the kitchen is so close.
Food overall was good though. We decided to stick to BBQ items as they would be made fresh. Not sure how much foot traffic they get so I didn't want to take a chance on the stuff that was already made. They did get a bunch of takeout orders in the time we were there though so traffic probably isn't an issue.
We got the Chicken Bihari Kabab and Chicken Tikka (BBQ Chicken cubes). Both tasted good. The Bihari Kabab probably could've been grilled a bit more but it wasn't enough to complain about for me. The naan was really good too.
They do have a weekday...
