I had a terrible experience at this location on March 6, 2025, around 7:25 PM. After placing my order (a large meal with 5 tenders, 5 tenders alone, and a large mint chocolate shake), my order was taken incorrectly, and I received a medium meal instead. I was then asked to pull forward so they could make fresh tenders, which I had no problem with—until I ended up waiting over 45 minutes while multiple other cars got their food and left.
At the 30-minute mark, an employee had the driver behind me honk so I would move, and when a worker finally came out, they asked if I needed something, as if they weren’t even aware I was waiting for my order. Another employee was then sent out, seemingly to check if I was even telling the truth.
When I finally got my food, the only “compensation” was a large fry—something I should have received anyway had they gotten my order right in the first place. On top of that, my chicken wasn’t even warm—it was more on the cold side, which is unacceptable after waiting that long. No apology, no real effort to make things right.
The lack of organization and communication at this location is ridiculous. I want to speak with a manager about this because no customer should have to deal with such...

I went back through the car line since the dining room isn't open after 5pm and was told I'd have to wait for the manager to count the drawer to see if there was an extra dollar in it. I couldn't see the benefit to delaying service to a full car line so left my name and number and asked for a manager to call me. I called the store two days later and the manager assured me that that counting the drawer before admitting a customer has been short changed is policy. I was told that I could drive back and get my dollar even though she wasn't sure if the drawer was over the night I was there but I want able to get there that day so Arby's made an extra buck of me.
