I went through the drive through. I needed 30 seconds to read the menu. I was told to order when ready. I began to order but I was asked to wait as the lady that was taking my order began to shout at someone. I ordered a regular Arby sandwich and a small order of potato cakes with two arby sauces and two horsey sauces. I was instructed to pull forward and I would be told the amount at the window. When I arrived at the window, I was told that my order came to $8.60. That was too high so I said "what"?. The lady at the window was the one that had taken my order began yelling at me to "don't beat me up". She then changed my price to $6.08 which is what it should have been. I was then told to pull into a parking space and wait. Someone brought my food after a wait. The store wasn't really that busy. I I opened my bag but there was only one arby sauce. Now, I had to go into the store and wait in line again to request sauce. When I made it to the register it was the same lady that I had dealt with before. She informed me that she is only allowed to give me one arby sauce with one sandwich but that now that I had come in she would give me one of each sauce. Why didn't she just say that when I was at the drive up? She then turned around and said to the other employees, "what am I supposed to do with this man". I let her know that I wouldn't be back. She said that she was the store manager to the customer in front of me. If this is who leads the workers, this place is in trouble. I worked at Arbys when I was a kid in high school. How things have changed. I don't plan on returning be be treated like a problem by the employees. I will go to the restaurants that treat me like they want me to...
Read moreToday, September 28th, Arby’s has now became one of my favorite place. What they did for us today was truly amazing. It was late at night, my babies needed something to eat. Senor Garcia had kept me on the phone for 15 minutes then said they could not feed us so Arby’s, we go! A lady by the name of Lexie came out running, I really thought she was about to tell us we couldn’t be serve but she told us that we was the last car! I was so thankful for that and I was finally at ease to know my babies were getting something to eat since they were the only place open. We get to the window and let them know “we are it, we are the last car” and what they did for us was truly amazing. We had such a big order and they were so nice about it. They were okay with us asking for large combos, they even told us that we could get some milkshakes. Y’all go to Arby if y’all need something good to eat. Their Chicken Bacon Swiss was amazing. Everything was truly amazing. Great job to y’all for opening up and cooking for the public. Y’all did wonderful for our family. You guys rock. VERY BIG SHOUT OUT TO LEXIE along with the rest of the staff member, you all...
Read moreWe would like to leave a friendly review, however, not able to. Over the past 6 months a variety of problems have occurred and some of them are constant. First, they are always out of something. Once, they were out of roast beef. Unbelievable. Second, the orders in the drive thru are usually wrong, please always check behind them thoroughly. Finally, the half pound scam...you're choice to up size to any half pound product would be a mistake. There is never more meat than the double classic. We tested this on a scale at the house and found that in one instance the double actually weighed more (understood that advertised weight is pre cooked). The straw that broke the camel's back, ordered the brisket tonight to avoid weight disappointment and had such little meat that the flavor of the bread was more predominant. When asking staff about the weak show of brisket, they would rather just tell you that is what it is. This will end all Arby visits for...
