Save A Lot — Local services in Laurens

This Save A Lot has possibly good intentions on the Owners Level . It could possibly be a Nice Smaller Grocery Store . On the other hand , whoever is the manager of this store is doing a very lax job. The place needs a good cleaning , the floors needed mopping . Some of their products on display were well beyond their lifespan. Many of the Onions for Sale were sprouting new plants in the bags. Several of the cans of Cinnamon Rolls had burst open and left on the cooler shelf. The canned goods appeared to be orderly and well stocked . There were a big selection of meats in the meat department that looked fresh and were not out of date. At the check out there was no one there seemed like a couple of minutes , with her finally coming out of an office @ front of store. She was not even at least friendly but wasn't overly rude either. She could have at least said Thank You and Come Back . She seemed to hate it that she was disturbed from the office perch . OWNERS ! YOU NEED TO DO...

Was anxious to re-visit the store after the remodeling and all the fanfare about the Hereford beef. The first couple of visits were fine, I quickly became a fan of the Hereford beef patties. On my 2nd or 3rd visit, they had no Hereford patties, but I saw a guy who looked like a meat dept. guy. He said he would be happy to go in the back and make some up for me. Since then, I would say 70 to 80 percent of the time, they have no Hereford beef patties. All I get are excuses. It doesn't matter what day or time I go there. All the fanfare about a specific product, and it's rarely in stock. Not good. Also, the tomatoes are usually poor quality. Cuts, bruises, mushy, smelly. I'll try them a few more times hoping to see...

So when I went to Save-a-lot today this woman that worked there scanned one of our things two times and my dad saw and told the lady and she got mad out of nowhere just because my dad said that she scanned it two times and said I got it in a mad voice.Then my mom and dad were talking to each other about something and the lady was still scanning our stuff and out of nowhere she said I know Spanish but my parents were not talking Spanish they were talking in a different language and she said watch out because she thought my parents were talking about her but they weren't than she scanned our air cleaners thaen she was putting it in the bag but she dropped it and she didn't even pick it put so...
