They never give you what you order and by the time you get home and realize you are missing half of your food or the food is completely wrong, there is no point in going back to get the correct order. It's hard enough to get through the drive thru the first time in a timely fashion! Honestly, I feel like if I went back to say something about the food being cold or made wrong or missing, I would run the risk of having my food spat in or messed with. That is the vibe I get from the employees at this location. They act like they don't care about their jobs or the customers, they are loud and are too busy talking to each other to notice customers waiting in line.
Sometimes they don't even have basic things like buns for the special sandwiches or sauce packets, at least that is what I have been told each time I go up there asking for either. The specialty sandwiches are money makers from what it seems since they can be higher in price, but yet this location can't make the orders correctly due to lack of product or lack of caring.
Management is a joke. I saw a "manager" or someone who looked like he was suppose to be filling that role since he was wearing a different outfit than everyone else, with his pants half way down his behind the other day in the drive thru. After barely understanding what the guy in the window was saying over the speaker, not getting part of my order or any sauces, paired with seeing the behind of the so called manager, I'm over giving this place chances...

My friend and I were headed inside to grab some dinner and right in front of us, this man walks out with his big bag of food , headed to his car . The bag split open and all of his food is now on the ground and he's trying to get it up. My friend and I both walked over to him, offering to help clean up the mess and asking was he ok and we saw his hat was a Veteran of the United States Marines. We both thanked him for his service and we all 3 went on inside the restaurant. I told my friend, I hope they do the right thing as far as replacing his food . We were immediately greeted by a very friendly young man , who we gave our order to, while beside us, the Veteran was being helped by the manager. They did replace his food , and that meant everything to me. But in addition to that, the cashier who helped us was friendly, funny , professional and he just had a great attitude. I asked the guy if he had put in horsey sauce and Arby's sauce and he assured me he had put a lot in the bag. Fortunately I took the time to look inside of the bags. And all he had put in there was three packets of Arby's sauce. He had blatantly lied right to my face. So I pulled all the way back around to the speaker on drive-thru. I told him that he had not given me any horsey sauce and that I only had three packets of Arby's sauce. he came acrossed with a real attitude and told me to go ahead and pull around to the window.
