KFC — Restaurant in South Carolina

The food was okay and all. For my biggest issue came when we parked in the handicap parking. My elderly mother's crippled up pretty good and extremely visually impaired. So we parked in handicapped parking and we realized at the door next to the handicapped parking i'm going in was locked, no handles on it either. Okay, this sucks, but we decided to stay parking there. And just walk around, thinking we could at least exit through that door... no such luck... i said something to the manager. How about if he's going to have that door locked he probably should take the signs down, so people don't get confused. First of all, he acted like I was wasting his time. Then he made the comment that they are signs are in concrete. At which point I was a little irritated, and I informed him that he could unbolt them just like someone did with the handles... he scoffed and turned away and...

It has been months since I had been to this location since the service has been terrible in the past. I hoped against hope things had changed. My hopes were dashed. Did an online order scheduled for 3pm pickup. The order had not even been started when we got there a couple of minutes before 3. We waited 15 minutes til the order was ready. I checked it before we left and instead of a chicken breast we had two apple pies. Told the guy at the register (who was nice and very apologetic) and we got the chicken and were told to keep the apple pies. Which was great because we found two more items missing once we got home. The chicken breast was tough and tasted like someone had forgotten they salted it and did it again. The nibblers were so tough I could not finish them. I'm not quite sure how this location stays open. The service is consistently bad as is the food. Avoid...

5★ This was an absolutely great experience... This is the first time We've been to this KFC .... The Employees are awesome.. Kera took the order and greeted us when I come in was absolutely awesome.. The manager Lisa was back in the back directing all the crew and they all worked wonderful as a team.. I can't say enough good about the teamwork I seen here... I got my order home everything was perfect.. All the food was hot the order was what it was supposed to be.. As a matter of a fact it was so good I forgot to take pictures of it and sat down and ate immediately.. . oh well - trust me it was yummie.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍😁👌 ..This is a great place with good staff... KFC should model their employees from these folks and the service that I received there today... A#1... Thank you KFC team... Will...
