I love chick fil a but this store can do better.. I think this statement sums it up. “I’m not sure what’s harder, to find parking or a clean table”
I’ve never had an issue with food here but the wait and store cleanliness has never been up to par for chick fil A’s brand or core values.
I constantly ask myself while waiting for my food, where are the adults? The store is filthy the counters smell of sour tea (probably because they’ve never been cleaned) and the poor workers really have no supervision. Most times I’ve been at rush hour it’s like boiling springs high school opened a chick fil a. They all work their butts off no doubt but there’s no leadership here. I think that’s the big issue is lack of management/leadership for the front line workers.
Maybe because it’s not right off the interstate that chick fil a corporate never checks up on this location but I’m surprised the South Carolina health department hasn’t issued them a warning for lack of cleanliness. If your tables are constantly filthy, what does the kitchen look like?
But these are mostly kids working this store. The workers will get away with what management allows. Management’s standard clearly is filthy store but get the food out. Corporate needs to send help to these guys and provide better training, more resources, and clear up some darn parking. Boiling springs doesn’t need that many curbside...
Read moreThis location doesn't live up to the typical Chik-fil-A experience. You can tell the primary focus is the drive through. The interior was dirty and unkept even though it appears to be a newer or recently renovated building. I asked for a pup-cup for our Kiva. The Belmont NC location offers them, and we of course pay for them because I don't expect or ask for anything to be free. Our pup has come to expect and love Chik-fil-A pup cups. She was heartbroken when the request was denied. The cashier, when asked, curtly stated "we don't do that here" and asked me if that completed my order. For someone who frequents Chik-fil-A, I was surprised that the staff at this location showed no signs of customer service. I could have told her how the Belmont location rings it up, "red flag - add chocolate sauce." I would have even offered to pay for an ice cream cup "hold the ice cream" and "fill with whip cream". But since this location has no interest in even trying to accommodate the request I didn't bother them any more. Although we were just traveling through and the likelihood we will ever visit again is low, after our experience we will by-pass this exit on future trips and find a more customer based Chik-fil-A where "our pleasure" is more than a...
Read moreIf i could give this location 0 stars i absolutely would do so. My total drive thru time was about 25 minutes total. I ordered a combo and requested mac and cheese for the side and upon receiving my order i got french fries. I spot to the 1st young lady who handle my concern and replaced my food. As she was handing me the bag out the window, another young lady with dark hair, yelled at me and told me that i placed my order wrong and to make sure that i place my order right the next time i come. I was trying to figure out why she would say anything to me, because she wasnt handling my concern at all. I then spoke to a manager by the name of Kennedy. I explained my concern to her and told her i would like a refund. I was told by her that they cannot give me a refund once the food has been passed through the window, which is totally absurd, because most people wouldnt want a refund until the food was passed through the window and the mistake was discovered. So after expressing to the manager that i have spent $20 on food that i wont be eating because i didnt feel comfortable, she decided that i wasnt a valued customer and i didnt deserve a resolve. I will never visit this...
