Extremely disappointed - love Auntie Anne’s & was super excited for pretzel nugs with cheese, I ordered a REG size nug with cheese the young girl at the register asked did I want to make it a combo for $2 more I said sure I’ll take a Diet Coke, she than takes my pretzels back and hands me a small one. I said I’m sorry I need a regular size she said well the combo doesn’t come with that. I said okay than scratch the combo, I’ll just take the pretzels she than rudely snatched the pretzels handed them to me and said just throw the small out behind you, I said no keep them I didn’t touch them, she grabbed them threw them in the garbage and said just go get your soda.

So rude, so unprofessional. The pretzels were gross, cold and hard can tell they have been sitting for a while.

Will never return. You should get a cashier who actually enjoys being there and doesn’t snatch and get mad at the customer for wanting what...

We came in at 2:40 today. Ordered pretzel nuggets & 2 smoothies. The guy at the register was very kind and we got our pretzels right away but the Jamba side of the co workers were unfortunately so rude. Screaming at people with an attitude, both the girls were rude but especially the girl with glasses and hair up in a bun. I know there was a lot of people in there, especially waiting for bowls and smoothies but it’s no reason to have an attitude with every single customer. They got my friends drink order wrong and he was willing to take the wrong one but he just simply asked what was in it and she just kept yelling the name of the drink at him. We’re locals but most likely wont be back. They need some serious customer...

Cashiers were great, unfortunately we waited too long on smoothies . To the Heavier Hispanic girl that made my Mango smoothie, Attitude could have been better and you Lollygag way too much & if you weren’t so busy talking and doing nonsense we may have gotten out of there quicker. You guys definitely need some type of number system for drinks bc allowing ppl to just randomly walk up & get a drink is the cause for the bad reviews & poor service. People are lost. And the one who couldn’t multitask. I did end up pouring some of my smoothie out bc I didn’t know if that water you sprayed over my cup got in it or you were just genuinely washing the overflow of smoothie off , either way you lacked some customer...
