I want to give a huge shoutout to Jay at Ben & Jerry’s! His enthusiastic attitude and genuine customer service were so outstanding that I came back twice in one week. Not only was he super helpful, but he also upsold me on a waffle cone—which I couldn’t resist because the whole place smelled amazing from the fresh ones he had just made. Totally worth it!
I also want to thank Ben & Jerry’s for going dye-free. That really matters to me, and the care your team shows makes a big difference. The week before, both Jay and Kimberly helped me, and Kimberly went above and beyond by taking the time to read me the exact ingredients. That level of service truly stood out.

The employee looked up at us but did not greet, smile or acknowledge us. I knew the store was participating in the Trick or Treat event because of the pumpkin sign on the door. She saw my kid was in a costume. I had to ask if they were passing out candy. She grabbed a bucket and held it in front of my kid. Not one word spoken. It was really uncomfortable. Read moreI’ve been coming to this Ben & Jerry’s regularly with my family, and we’ve always had a good experience — until today. We usually bring our French bulldog, who’s part of the family, and have never had a problem. In fact, we always buy him his own ice cream.
Today, an employee refused to serve us just because we had our dog with us. It wasn’t handled nicely at all — he was rude, and when I asked to speak with the manager or owner, he refused to give me any contact info.
