Came in with my family. We have 4 kids age 3-9, but the manager hovered over us walking closely while asking my kids to be careful while she watched. I felt like I was be ushered out of the store with the looks and short unfriendly remarks. At one point my family had taken some wallpaper over to a section. The manager walked over and didn't even ask if I wanted to purchase it, but she instead said....let me help “ and put it on shelf. My wife is a designer, and we were planning on spending a decent amount of money for our new house that we are building (drove 2 hrs from Mount Pleasant). Terrible experience...I walked out and told my family to leave as well. To be fair my 3 year old was acting like a normal kid, but I never felt so annoyed shopping for something. Save your time going from the judging looks...

I always have had a great experience when visiting and purchasing at the Serena and Lily outlet store. In fact, I feel so lucky to have this store so close to home because I have been able to pop in and purchase a variety of beautiful items to slowly build up the rooms in my home for a fraction of price that the pieces retail for. I find that the staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable. They offer help and share their opinions when I am contemplating between items. I do appreciate the honest feedback that the manager and the other staff members have given to me. I have my eyes set on some more pieces and I am patiently waiting for that furniture to appear on the floor to complete my home. I look forward to that day and will gladly purchase from this outlet store...

Love this store so much! Very inspiring coastal design furniture at great discount prices from online. We have been able to create beautiful living space and ambience with many pieces of furniture, rugs, and lighting here for our vacation homes in the low country. Staff are wonderful, helpful, and kind. Karen, Diana, Susan, Palmela are all fantastic staff. They make this store a pleasure to visit. Karen especially remembers my and my husband’s Vietnamese names as we walked in the store the second time weeks later. That level of attentiveness is rare, consider how many customers they serve. I am coming back again and again for great finds and great shopping...
