I pulled my vehicle over assuming that this middle aged black man in an old electric wheelchair needed a hand from me because i could see his leg was not positioned on his footrest properly. I also knew it would be hard for him to get into the restaurant to eat as it is not wheelchair accessible. I noticed he needed my help because my father spent his last 3 years in this life bound to the same chair. He wanted 4 chicken legs fries a biscuit and sweet tea and he needed one dollar. The mom in me said take care of him he needed me. Turns out this man fought in viet nam and he gave his freedom for my freedom. He is bound to a chair and his life altered forever because he protected my family. This man with no hands gave me the biggest hand in finding my perspective. He didnt need my help nearly as bad as i needed his. He thanked me for the chicken legs as i fixed his sock and repositioned his foot i told him i owed him more than some chicken. His fingers had been blown off so i had found a dollar in change and he asked me to put the change in his jacket pocket. He asked was i white or black and i told him im adopted but seems to me my skin color is white. He said I love you, thank you. It was right then i realized i saw God today and that my skin may have been the opposite color of his but he and i are family. This man, i have no idea his name, i will never forget as i consider buying him a meal and seeing his contageous smile an honor and a blessing. God is walking amongst us guys. Help someone today guys and receive a blessing that money cant buy. ...

We had a simple order… after waiting there in the lobby for almost 30 minutes (all while watching the 8 employees that we saw) mope around, on their phones with no kind of urgency.. we asked the dude that took our order how long it was going to be. He sauntered back to the cook that was actually taking the Bo Bites that we ordered out of the fryer basket, how long it was going to be. He came back and said we’re getting it now… all while they didn’t bother to get anything else that we ordered ready. Then after waiting almost 5 more minutes (while no one was doing anything at all) we called the dude back up to the counter. He ignored us the first 2 times even though he knew we were talking to him… he finally walked back up and we told him we wanted our money back, that we didn’t have time to wait any longer. He said it’s almost ready… REALLY??? Then you go eat the shit because we don’t want it now! The “manager” said it’s ready.. nope, give up our money back. You failed miserably today. She actually charged us for the watermelon tea! After we stood there for so long. Bojangles, we have always been loyal customers all over the south east as we travel a great bit for softball. But too many times we have been very under whelmed by the poor service and the “ I don’t give a shit “ attitudes that the employees have. This may be it for us and Bojangles.. and it’s so sad.

Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to this location for dinner and the young lady at the drive through attitude was terrible. When I ordered my Chicken Supreme meal at the speaker, I asked for honey mustard. Got my food and drove up a little before pulling off because I figured people were behind me and noticed I had no honey mustard. Seeing that no car was behind me, I backed up and tried to get the young lady’s attention and she just stood there knowing I was trying to get her attention. After about two minutes of waving, she started throwing her hands up and doing these uncalled gestures through the window. With her knowing I wasn’t going anywhere, she finally decides to open the window and she knew exactly what I was about to ask because before I even got a word out, she said “we don’t have any sauce for you.” Like you couldn’t tell me this before even handing me my food and accepting my payment?!?! Better off going to the other location, furthest from me next time! WORST customer service I’ve ever...
