Frustrating Fast Food: Burger King Letdown
Disappointed is an understatement. My recent visit to Burger King was anything but a quick and satisfying fast food experience.
Customer Service Woes: From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was lackluster. The employees seemed disinterested and weren't very welcoming. My order was taken with minimal enthusiasm, and any questions I had were met with short, unhelpful answers.
Wait Times that Weren't Fast: The biggest let down was the wait time. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, it took an excruciatingly long time to receive my order. While waiting, I observed others experiencing similar delays, frustration mounting with each passing minute.
Not Worth the Wait: When my food finally arrived, it was just lukewarm. The fries were limp and cold, and the burger itself seemed thrown together carelessly. Frankly, it wasn't worth the wait or the price.
Overall, my Burger King experience was a frustrating one. The poor customer service, combined with the extended wait time and underwhelming food quality, left me feeling like I wasted my time and money. This seems to be becoming more rare in today's world. My wife and I decided to try Wendy's breakfast for the first time. So, we visited the Woodruff Road location.
The gentleman at the window was perhaps the most polite, courteous, and friendly individual I have ever met at any fast-food restaurant since moving to South Carolina in 2017. I believe his name was Steven. WOW!
He stated he has worked for Wendy's for over 20 years. We were so impressed by his consideration towards his customers. I wish every fast-food chain had a Steven. I'd go way more often! Most people today don’t smile, don’t say please or thank you, and act like you are bothering them. It’s sad to pay for such lackadaisical and inconsiderate service. Not the case with Steven.
This gentleman has renewed my hope in customer service. Please extend our appreciation to him and his managerial staff. We look forward to returning to Wendy's. Thank you, Steven, for “treating people the way you’d like to be treated.” God...

Was told to pull up to the first window, I pulled up to the first window and waited a good 5 minutes and no one was there. So I pulled up to the second window, there was a lady there on her phone who was very rude. She said she told me to wait at the first window and that she was going to meet me there, I told her I didn't know and I had been waiting for a long time already. She told me to pull back around and wait in the line again in order to pay for my food. I told her that wasn't right to make me wait in this line again just so I can pay. And her exact response was tough shit learn to be patient. At that point I just left. And I will not be back, I might not even eat at Burger King anymore, there's way too many restaurants out here for me to eat at a restaurant that will blatantly disrespect its customers.
