I'm not a fan of the traditional style of fish yet I don't complain about it I simply make another selection. If a item comes a certain way I may ask for substitution and if they don't allow it I don't make a fuss about it and I certainly wouldn't keep going back asking for the same item and requesting the same substitution these individuals elects to come to this job to service us ( the ones who could have elected to stay home and cook ) my point is when we walk in a restaurant or go through drive thru and we encounter rudeness ,poor customer service, food issues why not try to fix the problem by speaking with a manager rather than to lash out at a worker for an issue .they are human and they will make mistakes .even during this Covid era they elected to still come to work and service us so please just show them the respect that you demand from them .to the Captain Ds staff of Lugoff I Thank you all for your time and effort you all are stars to me .keep providing the great service that you do .God...
Read moreOrdered and when the food came (doordash). The order was wrong. They were missing 3 drinks and 3 orders of shrimp. I called the door dash driver and all she said was sorry. So I drove to captain ds and they refused to give me 3 orders of shrimp because they were out. Apparently according to the manager they did not recieve their shrimp shipment. I asked for a refund on the shrimp he said I would have to take that up with door dash. I asked for my 3 drinks and the manager refused to give my drinks. He said the order was closed and if the door dash driver forgot them then it was on door dash and not them. He then went on to say they did have fried shrimp but I couldn't have those either since the order was closed and we would've had to substitute them for the grilled shrimp prior to the driver getting the order. IF WE COULD ONLY HAVE HAD THE ABILITY TO READ MINDS AND SEE INTO THE FUTURE I GUESS WE COULD HAVE DONE THAT.

Read moreTonight was my worst experience here. And I have been stopping at this location for over 9 years. Host of issues. Got to the drive thru. Took them 8 plus minutes to acknowledge me at the mic. Ordered my food and noticed a very cold attitude. Didn't think nothing of it. Then got to the window. Another 5 to 6 minutes wait. For the young lady to acknowledge me to pay. Again kinda cold. Finally got my food. Didn't ask about condiments or anything. Little better attitude when giving me the food. Got home and noticed that my food wasn't correct. Ordered a Deluxe Seafood Platter with fries and broccoli. Fries and broccoli were fine. Crab cakes were okay. Was given two butterfly shrimp. I know that wasn't right. Was given a old cold piece of spicy fish and a very cold and old chicken tender. Couldn't eat none of that nasty stuff. Will probably not go to location in the near future. Or at least not after 8pm. If you don't wanna work in fast food...
