When we ordered our appetizer, the waitress put in the wrong appetizer. When we put in the new one, the waitress was already ready to put in our Entrees after I repeatedly told her we wanted to wait until we received our appetizer to put in our entree. We then asked for bread, and she still insisted she put in our entree and never brought the bread. * If I was in a rush, I would've gone to fast food. When we went to put in our entrees, we ordered 5 cheese ziti, chicken Alfredo, and chicken parm and also 6oz sirloin. The waitress returned to tell us they were out of sirloin. The sirloin was for my daughter who doesn't eat anything else on the menu so we asked if she could order the small pizza from the kids menu and the waitress told us ****NO*** this is for kids only and we said we understand but she doesn't not eat pasta or chicken and we've ordered from it before because of this reason. She kept asking if she ate chicken, and we continued to tell her *NO. She never offered to ask a managers approval. We told her ok we would pay for the drinks we ordered and leave. Her only response was ok. I will get a manager to remove the food. The manager never came to the table to see why we were removing everything and leaving. And she came back and showed us where to pay. I have never had an experience like this with not being able to order off the kids' menu. We were orderering 3 entrees and would've been 4 if they wouldn't have been out of steak!!! So because the waitress wouldn't let us order off the kids' menu because they were out of steak, they lost us as customers. Terrible experience with this waitress. *** This was the restaurant we always choose to celebrate birthdays, graduations holidays and when we just wanted good pasta. **Not now just because my daughter only eats steak and there was no steak and she was told no to ordering off the kids menu. A sale is a sale!!!

This is my first time at this Olive Garden and I have to tell you that the service was great and did came out fast and my Father, my wife and I loved the food. We got two Chicken and Shrimp carbonara and one Tour of Italy, with two very delicious soups Pasta e Fagiole and Chicken & Ganocchi. Elaina was very courteous and very helpful! Update: Today, I went with my father and wife for the second time to Olive Garden because our first try was amazing. Fortunately, Tracy, our awesome serve insightful knowledge about the ingredients of dishes, gave us the right details to make the proper decision on what dish to pick. Unfortunately, I found out that the lasagna had Pork in it (Italian Sausage) in which Elaina failed to tell us that even after we told her that we are Muslims and we don't eat Pork, or food cooked with Alcohol. I was shocked to learn that from Tracy, and she even asked one of the people in the kitchen and confirmed that. She did bring it up to management so that other servers know and have better insights when asked about the dishes that they are ordering. I was supremely bummed about the info, but despite that, Tracy was very courteous and was very apologetic even though it wasn't her fault. Thank you! I ended up having the Shrimp Fettuccine with Chicken Ganocchi and it was very delicious 😋!

I took my thirteen year old great niece out for her birthday dinner, her choice was the Olive Garden. We arrived around 5:15, and we were seated as soon as we walked in. It wasn’t crowded at that time, but the crowd came in after 5:30. We decided not to get an appetizer, not wanting to be too full when our food arrived. I ordered the chicken scampi and she ordered the chicken Alfredo. On our salad we ordered ranch dressing instead of their house dressing. I’ll admit that low rating of 2.5 on Yelp and the one on Google being a 4.2, had me second thinking about going. I am not sure why there’s such a big difference in the reviews on these two sites, but I ALWAYS check both Google and Yelp. It’s been some years on Yelp since anyone has written a review of this Olive Garden. The salad was fresh and crispy, the bread sticks were hot and fresh(we ate too much both, and had to get to go containers :-). My chicken scampi was hot and fresh, the chicken was tender and flavored just right, my niece enjoyed her chicken Alfredo also. Our server Karey M was attentive and so friendly. My rating is for my dining experience on 5/16/2025. We enjoyed her birthday dinner very much.

We ordered curbside pickup from this location today.

I was pleasantly surprised that the entire order was correct and accounted for, there were several sets of silverware included and there was even a ladle and tongs placed in the bag as well.

My only complaints were the food temperatures, the wet breadsticks and the lack of dressing included.

The temperature of all of the pasta dishes was basically room temperature and the pasta sort of turned into a solid mass in each of the containers which was kind of gross, honestly.

The two large packages of breadsticks that we received were soggy and the bags were filled with condensation, making them basically inedible. It’s sad because the breadsticks are the best part of any meal at Olive Garden and the salad and breadsticks combination that we paid for was over $21 alone which is outrageous in my opinion, especially when the bowl was filled literally with nothing but lettuce, maybe 5 olives and some sad looking onions sprinkled in the middle of the bowl. Included with the salad was a really small bottle of salad dressing that wouldn’t even cover half of the salad that was eaten.

Also, I paid for a half gallon of soup and received less than a half gallon. I realize that they placed the soup in a gallon sized container, but the container wasn’t filled halfway.

Because of the food temperatures and the damp bread, it is very apparent that the food had been sitting for a while before I showed up to pick it up, which was earlier than my scheduled pickup time, by the way. Plus, the restaurant was not even remotely busy, so I cannot understand why they would make the order so far in advance.

Even though there were temperature issues and the bread was soggy, the broccoli was cooked perfectly and the shrimp and scallops were not chewy at all, but because they were cold and had to be reheated, they became overcooked quickly.

The black tie mousse cake was small but decent, however the tiny piece of tiramisu that I was given was overly soggy with something that did not even resemble coffee or espresso… It was just wet and falling apart.

Unfortunately, I do not feel as though the food that we received was worth the over $100 price tag that it held. I’m not sure if we will visit this...

Very sub par experience. Terrible service and a long wait for food that most of us disliked. We were seated in the bar section and right off the bat, I knew it was going to be a bad visit. We were seated for almost 15 minutes before anyone approached our table to take our drink orders. When someone finally did, it took another 5-10 minutes before we got those drinks and another 15-20 minutes before we received our appetizers that we ordered, which we ordered at the same time as the drinks because our server started off by saying that they were running behind and there were some guests who waited upwards of 25 minutes for their apps. Our server did not take our order until about 5 minutes after we received our appetizers, even after telling us that everyone had been waiting a while for food. It then took another 30-40 minutes for us to get our entrees. My mom, who orders the same soup everytime we go to an Olive Garden, took two bites of her meal and couldn't eat anymore of it because of how salty it was. I also had pasta that had no flavor to it and almost tasted like they gave me plain pasta with no seasoning whatsoever. We complained about the soup to our server and she offered us something else. At this point we had been there for over an hour and a half just to get the entrees, so we told her that we didn't want anything else. She later told us that she split the soup off onto a second check so the manager could take it off later. Throughout this whole experience, I rarely saw our server, and she had at least 3 other tables sitting around us. I would be sitting with an empty glass in front of me for upwards of 10 minutes at a time, simply because our server was no where to be found. I understand that restaurants are understaffed right now and that wait times have drastically increased due to it, but giving your guests this kind of service is just terrible. She never once apologized for the wait either and I never saw a manager the entire time I was there. If this had been my first visit, I probably would have given it a 0/5 but because I have been to this location before and had ok experiences, it receives a 2/5 from me. But I will not be returning...

I've been craving olive garden for a few weeks, but everything is so expensive these days, so I talked myself out of it for weeks, but last night was my night to splurge a little on myself. So I dropped the order in the app and tried their car side thing for the first time. The app said it would be ready in 30 minutes..ok, cool. It took an extra 45 minutes, no one let me know anything. The guy next to me, said he had been waiting an extra hour, but the part that really got me, was when his food finally did come out, he asked if he could have some extra bread sticks for the wait, the girl argued with him for 5 minutes and finally said she would bring him 2 extra! Wtf. Then it took her another 10 minutes to do that! So I didn't even bother asking for extra bread when mine came out, now I would have been fine with everything, I get it, sometimes things happen. But my pasta was so DRY and the edges were hard, like it sat under a heat lamp for 30 minutes...dude if I'm gonna wait an extra 45 minutes, please at least get it right with what you give me, needless to say I thing I won't be splurging at Olive garden anytime soon, if this is how it is, yikes. If you're gonna go eat in, so you don't have to argue over bread sticks, and then you can at least ask for a manager when your food is dry.

Edit: so after this madness the other night, Olive garden sent me an email with a free appetizer or dessert. I figured it was because it took so long for my food to come out, maybe the system automatically sends the coupons or something. But I thought okay, let me go back over there and give them a second shot, so I go at 3:00 p.m. today which is Thursday, I'm putting my order in the app, and I go to add the promo code. And it says that it's expired or no longer available, lol. They only sent it to me two days ago, maybe it was because I gave them a one-star review who knows, but needless to say I think I'm done with this Olive garden, or Olive garden in general. Good luck to...
