Used to be a great bar under the old owners, but it has gone downhill pretty quick. This used to be the only place to go to if you are an older person to get away from the younger party crowd type but now it seems like the new "Friends" which is exactly what many of us were worried about when they closed along with Ale House. The younger bartender is probably one of the most aggravating too. He constantly has an attitude, and doesn't even seem like he wants to be there. He will get mad simply because someone ordered a drink or he has to do any more work than he expects. I've even heard the younger bartender uses derogatory bigotry phases when he goes into seemingly unprovoked rages and (at least to me) treats people who are different, well, differently. I have visited once and had the privilege to meet the new bartender, she is friendly and professional with her beer knowledge. I also met the owner and he has a great vision for what he wants to add to the area. His bar offers beers from local breweries as well as an array domestic and imported. I look forward to taking my out of town friends to this spot...
