Cucinella's Pizzeria & Italian Ice — Restaurant in South Carolina

I can't rate the food as I never got it!!! My family and a couple of friends went there about 2 weeks ago. I placed my order the same time my friend did. You food came, my husband's came and then mine came, completely wrong. I sent it back and explained how I wanted the pizza, came back again made the exact same way as the 1st one. In the time waiting on my pizza I didn't receive my cheese knots, I asked about those and they stated it would be another 8 mins, now by this time I've been waiting about 30 to 40 mins. Now everyone else has gotten their food and are all done and I'm still waiting on anything cheese knots, pizza to be correct, anything. When they bring out the 2nd pizza over 45 mins later it's still not correct. I go back up there and explain I just want my money back. I've waited almost an hour and hadn't even got the cheese knots yet. They were like okay and I wanted to speak to the manager. He came out after about 10 mins and states okay give her money back. No I'm sorry no let me take your order and make it myself....nothing. I spent over 80 dollars for a horrible experience. I don't usually do reviews too much so I reached out to speak with the owner. Left my information and have not heard a word back so here we are. I am floored by the experience I had there and the owners nor anyone there could care less. Updated review I was finally refunded for the mishap, I continue to eat there weekly as stated prior they have the best pizza and until that one conversation with the owner they have excellent service. We ordered on January 13th and we were eating there every Tuesday sometimes twice a week, placed an order and they did not include 2 items I paid for I called and was supposed to be refunded, the itialian ice was also half of the cup and just lumpy and I ordered 4 large they were all the same so I requested to be charged for the small since it clearly is not the large the young man was very nice said he would let the manager know and they would refund my card. I call on the following Tuesday to place my regular order and inquire about the refund the owner calls me back and I have spoke to him in the past, but this Tuesday he was rude and argumentative and said you ordered through a 3rd party Slice they owe you, and how busy they are etc. Mind you he could have called later in the day i never said anyone had to call me right now! The young lady said she would let him know and they were in there lunch rush i said no problem when you can just call me and provide an update, he stated they had requested the review with them and it was MLK the day prior he was so rude on the phone I hung up, I spend my hard earned money with them every week and they make a mistake and want to be rude to the customer that says allot anyway still no refund from...

Found this place via Google looking for places with gluten-free options. Upon entering the staff was friendly and knowledgeable from there it went down hill. My wife got a gluten-free pizza and I ordered the 12" steak & cheese or cheesecake. First her pizza came out and was delivered to our table without my meal. It was 5 minutes later when mine showed up. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. The pizza was extra greasy and my wife had to use 5 napkins to mop it up. My 12" 15 dollar sandwich came in a bag, and then wrapped in 6" sections in paper and foil. Strange way to serve a sandwich for an eat in diner. My sandwich was lean on meat to the point where one of my 6" sections had 2" with no meat, just bread and the other had 1+ " the same way. Bottom line... for a 15 dollar sandwich (it comes with nothing else) it's was lacking in all categories, Subway could have done better. Being tourists just trying to get a hot meal and get going we didn't ask for replacements. We just won't go there again. I'm sure they do a good pizza, we may have just got a greasy one (it was the special they suggested). Overall I would guess this place is best for pizza take out. I hope they get these small things corrected because it looked like...
