Terrible service. Ordered at 10:33 pick up time quoted was 12-22 minutes. Got to the store approximately 15 minutes later and was told I had no order at all. Pulled up the e-mail on my phone, then they found my order. Watch as people who placed orders in store, after my online went through get theirs orders first. Apparently, they don’t even check to see if they have online orders when they are busier. A quick phone call to say it’ll be 20+ more minutes than your quote time would have taken all of 30-45 seconds.
Finally got my order at 11:20. I should not have trusted the workers to get it right I didn't check in the store, figured I was the last one left waiting there shouldn't be a problem. Ordered a large with black olives, philly meat and bacon. Got a pepperoni with half mushroom. Call the store, man answering the phone is quite unprofessional and as I state there was a problem with my order, he cuts me off to say there is no order with the phone number I am calling from associated with an order. He was right, my phone died while waiting so I was using a different phone. So, he pulls up my order and says, “oh yeah, I got your pizza in the hot plate you can come and get it.” Really? You took double the quoted time, messed up the order and you can't even say sorry, be polite or offer to have a correct one delivered. Also, I don't want a pizza that's been sitting under a hot lamp for 40 minutes at this point. I get people get busy and mistakes happen, but you can still maintain some semblance of professionalism. Read moreWorst experience ever. We called back to ask a question about the pricing. The guy that answered the phone said "Hello" and didnt specify the company name we were calling. As far as we knew it could be a personal down the street. Than as my fiance tried to address the question he rudely interrupted and said what is your name. Than the next thing she knew someone else ( supposedly) " Customer Service" later found out that it was the manager after calling back to address why she was treated so unprofessionally. She recognized his voice and told me he was the one that treated her so poorly. He went as far as to tell her that basically our business didnt matter and said have a great night and hung up. When I called back to speak to a manager, they put me on hold and yours truely picked up ( The manager) that spoke so rudely to my fiancee. He was very defensive, trying to talk over us and wasn't very willing to let us talk as he tried to defend himself and make ridiculous excuses as to why he acted so rudely. He would have been better off apologizing and keep his mouth shut. Fortunately....all calls are recorded and the proof of what we are saying is previously recorded. I would never let someone like this represent my business and take leadership. We will be going to the "TOP" with this one. Read moreI'm on the fence on the rating # so I will MB for a year now and have ordered at least a few dozen times from 2 different locations. (The following would get 5 stars) We love the cin-sticks&lava cakes. My husband likes the bbq wings but we have to ask for light sauce or its "over load". Now to the pizza (which would get 2 stars)...ever since they changed the recipe years ago I have loved it (when I lived in ohio it was superb) but down here it tastes different (but everything else tastes the same...yummy). I'm not sure how to explain it but I think its like a pizza that is made with "bottom of the line" cheese or like when you leave your pizza in the fridge and it picks up the flavor of something else, but what that is I'm not sure. And calling the order in is like "using the old dial up internet" frustrating and slow to say the least. So I order online which is fast but they need to add an area for the customer to make requests and for some reason because my physical address is different from my mailing address the system will not take my order unless I "trick" the system and put in my mailing address but then there is only the smallest space to put in a note to the driver. Sometimes they don't see the note or it doesn't print the driver has to call me. It is quick and friendly delivery (fyi: have a pen ready) And the prices are high especially the darn taxes (I know that is not...
