The staff in this location have no idea what is even on the menu or know how to make any of the drinks. Along with talking to their customers very aggressive and rude! I ordered an iced (meaning with ice, not frozen blended right) cappuccino, which is on the menu. This means the espresso would make the color of the drink be a beige tan color. One of the guys there when placing my order walked to the back saying “ that drink is disgusting anyway” I have always ordered this drink for years. I didn’t appreciate such unnecessary comment. It ended up looking very different. To them; an iced cappuccino = blended white milk. I went back and they told me it’s always been frozen blended drink. He indeed gave me white milk!! He said a cappuccino doesn't have coffee. He Then realized the contradictory statement he made and rephrased quickly and said it has espresso. I spoke to the district manager (george) that same moment, who then said that an iced cappuccino is not even on the menu. This made me laugh because i was literally looking at the kiosk at this location and it says “iced cappuccino”. The district manager didn’t know how to respond to that. To prove this iced cappuccino i went to a different DD in the goose creek area to make the drink like how they would usually make it without me saying anything. And indeed, it came out exactly like the kiosk menu iced cappuccino. Everyone at the cane bay DD area location needs to be re-trained, have better knowledge of the types of coffee, and overall better customer service. Read moreDunkin must be having a hard time finding people. The man at drive through yelled at me to hold on twice, even though I wasn’t ordering, I had already paid and preordered. When I got to the window 20 minutes later, the whole order was wrong. Again, attitude. We ordered chocolate glazed cake donuts, dude says they were out. I sent them back bc they gave us a random order. They said they could give us chocolate glazed, not what we asked for but whatever, my kids want donuts. These MF’s gave us chocolate glazed cornbread donuts. Of course we didn’t notice this until we got home. My kids noticed on first bite and it was a waste of time and money. Read moreWorst customer service I’ve had in a long time. First off I waited for about 15 minutes before anyone even started on my order. There was 8 people probable there that could’ve done it but we’re too busy playing games and talking. The manager didn’t do anything to make these people do their job which is why I waited for my food. Nobody apologized for the bad service I received the whole entire time I was there and could’ve cared less about me getting out. The one cashier I was trying to talk to about not getting my drink didn’t listen to me and is why I will never go back to this particular store.
