Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Carolina

The only way I can figure people still go to this-or any Dunkin for that matter is that they are secretly selling the secret to eternal life because I can fathom no other reason to attend. My experience started with a 10 minute wait for the ONE car in front of me (not an exaggeration). When we pulled up we informed the cashier that we would like to pay for one of the items in cash. You would have thought I asked her to build a start up to rival space X and origin by how perplexed she was. When we decided just to pay all on one card instead of causing a malfunction that could shut the whole store down, she proceeded to inform me if I "knew about the nitro cold brew" and pointed to a cup that was 1/4 coffee and 3/4 foam. I was a little too taken aback to explain to the woman how to pour coffee but in the time it took me to process she asked if I would like a cold brew instead. To which I agreed, in an effort not to make my experience any longer than it already was. We then proceeded to wait an additional 5 minutes for an undercooked egg sandwich and cold bagel bites with a small bit of cream cheese stuffed inside. Only gave it one star to write a review it’s not even worth a half of a star. Anyways I keep coming back to this place giving it another chance cause it’s on the way to my son physical therapy but everytime I go they are either out of food, Machine is down or you never get the correct food. The whit lady with the orange hair is very unprofessional. As a Muslim sister I don’t eat pork, i ordered a Turkey sauce egg and cheese and learned that my sausage was pooh after taking a bite. I went back to get it fixed but ended up getting a refund because the whit lady with the red hair slammed the window in my face. So I asked for a refund I explain to her she should have went over my order before assuming I wanted reg usages if she didn’t hear and she told me I said sausage egg and cheese then slammed the window door on my face again. Passing through Columbia and placed a mobile order to grab coffee and breakfast at this location. I pulled up to the drive thru and saw a vehicle in front of me pull around the corner to the window. I waited at the call box for 3 or 4 minutes with no reply. I pulled around to the window and waved at an employee. The employee opened the window and told me they would not be open for another hour or so and shut the window in my face before I could reply. It was currently 6:55 am on a Sunday... That's funny, because the hours on the door and Google (updated by the business 4 days ago) all say this location opens at 6 am. What happened to the mobile order that I was able to place through the app?!! What Dunkin' opens at 8 am?!! The employees were all hanging out in the dark inside the store an hour after they were supposed to be open. Suspicious, if you ask me. I had to contact corporate for a refund.
