Went to this dd 4 times total including January 24/2022 at 542 am . Man or woman who came to counter was nasty with greeting us to begin with. Each time Iâve ever been here my husband & I had our order completely messed up and had to give the order back . Yesterday same old thing !! I ordered large iced teas with lemons , extra sugar & no ice but got it with ice ! I said to the male/ female (donât know wether person was a man or woman , not an insult) if thatâs my tea , thatâs not how I ordered it and I got more nasty attitude from person & the person began laughing. I think the laughter was because person was embarrassed!!! I did contact the corporate office but BEWARE : this DD is a franchise and the franchisee doesnât care therefore the service is poor & continues to be poor !!! I am also sick of hearing covid this & that , the limited employee speech etc because of covid ! Close your store then because people are paying for their items even more so as prices skyrocket and we as the public get less and are doing half the job now and not getting paid ! Also DD runs current commercials which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars or even several million for seconds on tv ! No more excuses!!    Read moreTwice this week they have changed my app order. I get that they run out of stuff, that isn't the problem their reaction to not having what was ordered is the problem. On Tues we ordered a large hot coffee, they were out of the large cups, so instead of upgrading it to an XL, they downgraded, offered no refund for the difference, nor did they offer anything else. Also, they put the SAME amount of creamer and sweetener in the drink, instead of waiting until we got there to find out how we wanted it adjusted, so the drink was overly sweetened and creamy, my husband couldn't even enjoy his SMALLER coffee. Today, they were out of large ice coffees, I understand that they had no option but to downgrade it, but again offered no refund. When I specifically asked for a refund, she did try to process it, however, couldn't because I didn't have the card. My kid put the order in with their virtual card, so even if they were the one to pick it up there wouldn't have been a card. And yet again, she offered no alternative compensation.    Read moreTerrible. Coffee is never consistent. It has gotten to the point where I order a normal ice coffee with cream and sugar only and they still mess that up. Today they handed me my drink pure white so I asked the employee to remake it with less cream and he returned it to me with no cream. I asked if he put any cream in it at all this time and he replied "yeah, there's cream in it" when clearly it was just plain coffee (I'm not blind, and not stupid sir). He seemed annoyed with me he had to remake the drink and to be condescending he gave it back with absolutely no cream in it. Annoyed and knowing I wasn't going to get a correct coffee I drove off. I don't know if it's a lack of training or a lack of care, maybe a combination of both, but buyers beware. This establishment doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give to leave this review.
