I arrived to pickup my order and the first thing I see is an insect that looked like a roach crawling down the wall! Since I had a fairly large order, I didn't want to just cancel on them, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I noticed on the drive home that the food smelled funny. I opened my box of wings when I got there to find that they were burnt so I took them back. When I walked in, there were two customers waiting on food, so I motion for the lady that took my order to come closer, as I didn't want to cause a scene. She ignored my motioning her and walked into the kitchen for about 30 seconds and then returned. Before I could even open the box and show her my wings, she told me to throw them in the trash by the door, and then apologized for them being burnt! It was obvious that they knew the wings were burnt when I picked up my order but they gave them to me anyway! They prepared another order for me and I checked them before I left. They were better than the first batch but still over cooked. I returned home to find my wife about to eat her hibachi steak, which she said was very hard to chew and overcooked. I also ordered a side of egg foo young gravy for my rice in which I found clumps of flower in. The shrimp fried rice had a funny taste and my chicken wings tasted like they were fried in burnt oil. I’ve been coming here for years, but recently they have new ownership with to much attitude. Recently I have been really disappointed in their food. Me and the wife are allergic to Onions and we have asked them not to put onion in our food. It goes in one ear and out the other.

The last time they offered to make the food and i agreed to drive back to them in order to have dinner.

Today we ordered dinner and once again asked them not to put onions in our food. I went to pick up and asked them if the food had onion they assured me it had no onions.

Guess what I come home and the diss had Onions, They verified with the cooks and sure enough they cooks told them it has onions.

They wanted to remake the dish and I insisted I wasn’t going back today.

I asked for a refund and they refused the refund knowing they are at fault.

The owner of the restaurant would not get on the phone, and the young lady’s are minors so they don’t have any say.

Nice young girls but management and cooks have no regard whatsoever for customer service or any care in the world.

Golden China, it's simple! Listen to your customers and deliver them what they order and when you make a mistake and a customer ask for refund do the right thing.

Omg! Y'all! Y'ALL! This place is amazing! So I'm in Rock Hill SC for the weekend and I decide I want food so I order delivery....min $16 order no problem right? So I order $21 worth. First of all the delivery was fast and hot and the delivery guy was sweet as sugar with his little boy....but the food! Man! So I got crab ragoons .....the cheese warm goodness squirted out bc they actually had filling!(definitely not what I'm used to) egg drop soup....man that broothy salty golden liquid was perfection! Shirmp fried rice had so many shrimp in it I literally got shrimp in every bite(again a first for me) Moo goo gai pan was fabulous and flavorful paired with pork fried rice ....amazing even the egg roll had flavor! Then they sent a free tea I wasn't expecting....y'all I'm Southern and I will judge you an your whole dang family by how good your tea is 👌 and American or not Southern or not these people's mama raised then right! That was some good tea! My only complaint is I eat so much I almost died and went to fat girl heaven and I still have enough food for about 2 meals left ....if you're in Rock Hill and you want Chinese this is the place to go! I'm gonna have to hide this food until I recover bc I keep...
