Eggs Up Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

I was visiting from Miami, looked this place up and went based on the reviews , boy was I confused , o was with a party of 4, we placed our orders person one orders 2 egg special but wanted two boil eggs instead of fried are scrambling, the waiter said she can not give her boiled eggs simple they are only for salads I was like okayyyyy lol . Then I order steak and eggs ,with the steak cooked well well done (well well) I got a very medium rare steak lol , my boi orders same thing but medium rare he got rare. Not sure of the cooks know the difference.

The last party orders their 2 egg special with xtra cheese on eggs and grits ,food came out one slice of cheese on grits but not on eggs, ( crazy part is was not to busy) I called the waitress back I told her about my steak and my boi steak ,I simple asked her to just butterfly my steak and cook it she respond what's that ,so I explain to her cut it in half and put it back on the grill , she replied no we can't do that I will cook u both a new steak , I said ok.

Steaks came back out and guala two new super then completely different steaks lol I had a 6oz these where 3oz lol I was like can I speak to an manager , be for the manager came out a cook by the name of POP told us hevwas sorry and don't let this be ur last time coming . The overall experience here is fantastic. Service was friendly and quick. Granted, when I came in I was the only customer and there was only one server. However, I noticed that when a few more people started to arrive she was quick to acknowledge them when they came in even if she couldn't get to them right that moment. My food was delicious. I had the Patty O'Sullivan. My only comment on the dish come isn't really meant as a complaint, just observation based on personal preference. I would have liked a slightly more textural component to the omelet. First you have the eggs themselves which are soft and creamy and you have the cheese, which I believe is Guyere, or some kind of Swiss, and then the hash which is very smooth as well. I would have liked a bit more chunkiness, in the omelet. Fortunately, I got the potatoes as a side instead of grits. I think if I had gotten grits it would have brought this out even more for me. I was thrilled to find a place around here that uses the NoWait App. The food was great, the place was clean, and staff friendly. I secured my place in line before I arrived. When we arrived we were immediately seated. The hostess said we were the first people to use it. It would be my recommendation to managment to have the hostess inform each customer about the app when they arrive to add their name to the list to wait that they may want to use the free app next time so they can be placed in line before they arrive. No one likes to wait and it is just much more efficient. Plus, it is a missed opportunity for management to market no long waits and more tables turn over. It is a win/win. I use this app when I travel to maximize my time. Ir looks like I walk in when I actually was placed in line an hour before. It shows you how many people are ahead of you in line and how much time is left. If you are running late you just send a quick message to move you out...
