Dunking Donuts Lost my Trust and Cost me 50.00

Dunkin Donuts lost my trust and cost me $50. My wife and I travel the country in our RV and we love stopping at Dunkin Donuts and buying the Beyond Sausage sandwich in quantity and freezing them. This alllows us to enjoy them for several days as we travel. Yesterday, at this store, I ordered 10 of these sausage sandwiches without cheese. I repeated the request for NO CHEESE and I even witnessed the lady who took my order, relay the request for No CHEESE to the woman who was preparing the 10 sandwiches. My wife and I cannot eat cheese. I did not check the the sandwiches before I left...a mistake I will not repeat as I trusted this store to get the repeated request for NO CHEESE . But to my disappointment, my wife discovered all 10 had cheese on them. Buy now we were well down the road and going back was not an option. We had to throw them out as the cheese had melted and impregnated the bread and the plant-based sausage patties. I lost 50.00 dollars and Dunkin Donuts has lost my trust. You can do better...

I spent at least 5 minutes standing there, while employees who were socializing and NOT WORKING AT ALL, looked me right in my face. When I asked for help I was asked to hold on by another employee while the others stood and continued their conversation. I placed my coffee order only to wait at the pick up station for at least another ten minutes. I figured they were brewing fresh coffee, until I saw them pouring some for a drive thru customer 😠 I then sat on top of the counter and waited as the shift manager just watched me. After being fed up I asked her if there was enough hot coffee to make the single medium hot I ordered. She then ask me my order again and gave me my coffee. This was the longest and most painful experience I've had at a Dunkin. Give this a like if you found this review helpful or agreeable! Absolutely appalled , this Is my normal location I go to 3 plus times a week but this morning I decided to go inside due to 5 cars in the drive thru and one for Inside, I ordered one bagel toasted with cream cheese no drink and I was there for over 10 mins close to 15 , the staff just looked over at me kept going about whatever they were doing , three people came and went one girl got a wrap and was there and gone finally the lady who was next to the young lady who took my order asked me something about I'm still waiting and I said yes been here over 10 mins , 5 mins later the lady who you can watch making the orders came over and said oh sorry someone must of picked it up , there was no one else near me ! So upset since this is my location! And I never do reviews or call to complain but this was just neglect and poor...
