Starbucks — Restaurant in Tega Cay

Do not visit this store. I was persecuted by being straight not trained correctly. And you can’t believe they are all making fun of you when you leave the store. The manager is absolutely clueless and has drank a little too much of tge Starfùks kook aid. The drinks aren't right. The employees all have bad attitudes. (The manager) couldn't manage a paper box. He is rude to his employees and, I was separated because I’m faults accusations about how I do my job. It was obvious that because I am a middle-aged male that I appear to be a threat to the other females that work there. It’s a shame when people, exactly the people that work in this environment, scream so loudly about how they get treated in society and they get a normal levelheaded person and they label that person without even knowing them. Simply because they look neat and clean that must mean that they are right wing and the enemy and so they play little tricks and games until the man at your house to write you up enough times just let you go. It’s the most ridiculous thing that I have ever seen and quite honestly they violate about every employment code that is possible except for making sure you get a break every two hours. Outside of that they are just a bad company. And I have not gone back to Starbucks in two years since then and I only took the job to help with rehabbing my leg after I fell and had to learn how to walk so it was only a part-time gig anyway but I feel sorry for all of you people work at that hell hole. Plus the Coffee is actually very nasty and if you saw how close the Nancy trash was cab to the machine that actually makes your espresso you would vomit. I usually don't write reviews, but my recent visit to this Starbucks was disappointing. I typically go to the Lake Wylie Starbucks, where I always have a pleasant experience. This time, I was in the area to pick up a Father's Day gift for my husband, and a coffee from Starbucks was part of it.

I ordered a cold brew with specific customizations: two pumps of cinnamon dolce, no vanilla syrup, no sweet cream, three pumps of Horchata syrup, and extra Horchata cold foam. I also ordered a green tea frappe with strawberry purée and strawberry cold foam, as well as a green tea latte prepared similarly.

The cold brew arrived without the extra cold foam. When I approached the barista, she said It said no cold foam and I explained it said no sweet cream and no vanilla syrup. She took my cup, didn't apologize, and bizarrely began removing ice from it instead of remaking the drink. Despite my request for her to remake it since I didn’t want most of the ice removed she simply added more ice back to the same cup and handed me a separate cup with cold foam.

Frustrated, I asked another barista if the foam was Horchata cold foam since my order was already messed up. I was met with an indifferent response”thats what she said” and ultimately decided to return the drink. While returning it, the employee didn’t address my concerns or offer an apology, acting as if I was at fault before refunding my money.

Adding to the poor experience, our green tea tasted like coffee or some kind of cookie syrup which shouldn't happen so we ended up wasting that as well. Overall, the staff’s attitude and service were disappointing. I hope this location can improve its...

My company recently /rented 3 Cambros (large coffee dispensers) of coffee. I was told that they were sealed tight. I fortunately brought 3 storage bins to place each Cambro in in the back of my brand new suv. I could hear the coffee splashing around and as I could smell the coffee, the back window was steaming up and I saw coffee splattered all over the back. When I arrived there was at least an inch of coffee at the bottom of each bin and coffee all over the back of my brand new SUV. I drove as carefully as possible. When I returned the cambros I told the worker what had happen and all he said was that he was sorry. I cleaned the back of my SUV as thoroughly as I could yet I can still smell coffee. So very disappointed that I was not warned this could happen. Had I known I could have placed them in a garbage bag but was told they were sealed tight. NEVER again will I rent one of these from Starbucks again and I do not recommend anyone else doing the same unless they...
