Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Freddy’s!
From the moment I walked into Freddy’s, I could tell this wasn’t just another fast-casual stop — this location is exceptional, and the credit for that goes straight to the phenomenal General Manager.
The atmosphere was spotless, the staff were friendly and efficient, and every order was coming out quickly and correctly. But what really stood out was how the general manager seemed to be the heart of it all. You can tell they lead by example — visible on the floor, helping out wherever needed, checking in with guests, and keeping the energy upbeat and positive. That kind of leadership doesn’t just keep things running smoothly — it elevates the whole experience.
Not only was the food fresh, hot, and delicious (those steakburgers and fries? Unbeatable!), but you could also feel the pride in the work everyone was doing. The crew seemed genuinely happy to be there, which says everything about how well this location is managed.
It's rare to see such strong leadership in action at a fast food spot, but the GM here has clearly built a culture of excellence and respect — both for the customer and for their team. I’ll absolutely be returning, and I’ll be recommending this Freddy’s location to everyone I know.
If you want fast food with five-star service and a team that truly cares, this is the place. Hats off to the General Manager — you’re doing something...
Read moreI wouldn’t give this place my time or money! Do not support this business, Jeremiah the manager likes to hire people and then fire them for no reason. I am pregnant and my fiancé recently started working there, upon getting hired he let the manager, Jeremiah know that he has had a vacation planned for about a year and that he would be going on said vacation. He worked there for about a month, only missing one day because I almost had a miscarriage and had to escort me to the ER. All was fine, we went on vacation and Jeremiah told my fiancé to shoot him a text when he was back in town. My fiancé did so the day we got back and received no response. After that he tried to get in touch with Jeremiah for about 4 days, still with no response. Finally my fiancé called Jeremiah’s personal phone number only for the manager to tell him he was not planning on bringing him back on the team. Now my fiancé has no job and I am pregnant. I don’t understand why this “manager” couldn’t have told my fiancé before we went on the vacation that it was going to be a problem. He could have been looking for jobs the whole week that we were gone but instead he was planning on returning to Freddy’s as that was the plan from the start. Very unprofessional management please do not let your children work here and tell everyone you know. If I want Freddy’s I guess I will just go to Greenville...
Read moreFormer employee. They treat them like trash made me clock out few times for 2 or even more hours and work no pay when I close and sometimes no one else would have to, first week they shorted my hours and I had bills to pay and was shorted 23 hours. I was fired because I did a “no call no show” and I called the GM and told her I had to help my football team set up camp Friday and Saturday, and she said I need to let her know sooner but she said in her own words “we got you covered Friday and Saturday sweety, see you when you get off football camp” and that was it. When I got off camp I took my buddies out to eat and I went to pay and asked for my employee discount and I was told I was fired. The management is horrible. They’re is only one manager who knows how to run a store. I ask questions nicely and get yelled at. Only thing I understand for them to get mad is that I have adhd and have focusing issues sometimes I go to another part of store I’m not supposed to be in. Other than that no. This is why I hate working fast food. Food pretty good, management is horrible. -Jamison Schulz. (Hope management gets this, taking advantage of a good hearted person) greedy people.
