Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in South Carolina

The staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk to which made the experience so much better and not awkward!! the cook I think he said his name was Jaiden he did exceptionally well on the grill had a great personality and made a beautiful sandwich just the way I wanted!! The ladies in the front were so kind and helpful! My only complaint isn’t with them or the food, it’s the PAY SYSTEM!! I wanted to leave them a tip and quickly realized THANKFULLY that I was actually prompted to make a donation FIRST and nearly donated their tip!!! I feel like that’s totally unfair to the staff and to the customers! Something should definitely change with that. Let’s ask to compensate our hard working employees BEFORE we are asking to donate to some fund that we really don’t know where our money is going. Pay our staff, first, always! They certainly...

Was at Duncan JM’s yesterday. I saw that the lady had put very little tuna on my sub so I asked for a little more. It was embarrassing to ask but it was such a skimpy amount I had to. She was a bit snarky & said that’s how much she always puts on. I asked my husband was it me or was there enough tuna on sandwich & he fully agreed it was more like a spread, very little. She was annoyed but added a little more tuna to sub. Since it’s a TUNA sub it should not be spread on as thin as a layer of Mayo. Don’t plan to go back to this location if that’s the way they “always” make it. VERY DISAPPOINTED I waited anxiously for Jersey mikes to open here in Duncan first part of bad service I ordered a #6 which is a Roast beef with provolone I asked NO cheese as I stood right in front I the girl she took out cheese and started to slice I said again NO cheese and instead of taking out Roast beef She took out hamI stopped her again and told her I It ordered Roast beef It was about eight to ten people behind the counter so loud the girl adding the fixings for the sandwich could hear was me I had repeat everything twice After all of this I wound up with a dry sandwich on close raw bread overall a very bad experience I guess I will have continue to drive to Greenville where I can get a good sandwich and...
