Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in South Carolina

I’m actually pretty irritated by my experience that I had yesterday 4/14/23. I placed my order over the phone at 6:07pm and arrived at the store shortly after. My order text message stated, it’ll be ready by 6:30. Not a long of a wait which was fine. I paid when I arrived. The guy at the counter stated, did I want to add a cookie, or drink to my order. I stated CLEAR AS DAY “NO THANK-you” I looked at my receipt as he walked away from the counter and had someone else pass me my bag of food and I said, is there cookies in the bag because I said no to wanting them. Long story short, the employee stated, “well do you want the cookies since you paid for them” no refund offered or provided… Then, I looked at my receipt and he added a $4.16 tip onto my order. Very disappointed in this Jersey Mike’s. Just got home from picking up my subs. I ordered 2 Stickball subs, extra meat on both, and peppers on one of the subs. I think I received extra meat on one sandwich, but you can visibly see, I did not receive extra meat on the 2nd sandwich. When I took both sandwiches back to the shop, the “assistant manager” said I did receive extra meat on both because he is the one who slices the meat. He proceeded to count the slices on the sandwich (I got 3 paper thin slices of salami and ham on the sandwich he claims got extra meat) and he said the weight is the same. usually not a big deal when you're ready to go thinking you're about to get your sandwich and go, and then stand there like an idiot with no sandwich. the kid at the register couldn't even tell me himself that he gave my sandwich to the other guy after just talking and handing me my change or even apologize. tired of the poor service in this area. I also didn't ask for my sandwich to be salted like a steak either I can't even eat it. the worst experience I understand it gets busy but a body is not just a body you can't just throw someone who clearly has no idea whats going on at the end of the service line. he didn't even say a word to me like just forget...
