Jimmy John's — Restaurant in South Carolina

What a disappointment! New JJ opened near our home. We were excited to have a new sub shop nearby as we're looking for a decent sub place around Carolina Forest but sadly this is definitely not it. We took a 2000 mile trip last week and upon coming home we were starving and wanted something filling and quick to re-energize us as we were exhausted and hungry. We stopped at the new Jimmy Johns on River Oaks, saw the picture of the Thai chicken wrap on the window which was huge and loaded with the chicken filling. Hubby and I both thought it sounded great and it looked huge so it would fill us up after our long road trip. What we actually received were 2 tiny packages that were the size of a hot dog. When we unwrapped them there was a tiny wrap with a tiny amount of chicken inside and a few slices of cucumber (I despise cucumbers, who would put cucumbers in a wrap??), and the entire thing was soaked and soggy with a very thin sauce. It was inedible. We paid $23 for that garbage!!!! We ended up throwing them out and we're left starving after paying $23 for nothing. FALSE ADVERTISING!! You really give yourself a bad name when your product looks nothing like the picture in the window advertising the product! It's basically lying. Saturday I went into Jimmy John’s to get the firecracker wrap , I got all the way home and realized it wasn’t made properly, I called the store I was so frustrated but still remained calm, told the manager (Madison) what happened she immediately apologized and suggested I come back to get a new sandwich, I informed her I live 25 minutes away, and didn’t want to go back over there , she said well the next time your in the area stop by and she’ll give me another sandwich I said thank you, so today I was in the area stopped by and she wasn’t there but (Emercyn) was there and she was very empathetic to me and what happened and gave me the sandwich along with a combo and whatever else I wanted she was over the top sweet and I truly appreciate how they handled the situation, and by the way their sandwiches are always amazingly fresh and delicious 🤤 looking forward to supporting them again this location is the...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The disrespectful encounter I just had with the girl that was running the drive thru on 8/25/23 at 5pm was beyond me. She was so rude. My boyfriend was trying to give her $20.05 for our food and she said no to us giving her change because she does not know how to do math and she hates when people give her change. so I decided after we left to give the store a call and ask for a manager was on hold for 5 mins and then the girl that served up through the window was the one that answered and I asked for her name and she said no she won’t give it and I said if you are the manager then you should.
