normally when I go into this Subway I usually have a pretty standard experience I do know a few of the staff members not by name but just because I frequent this particular Subway but today was something that I thought should not have happened and definitely should not have been done by the manager herself normally if I hear an employee discussing their experience with a customer it's usually because the customer has initiated it this time I heard the manager not realizing I was sitting and eating in the establishment complaining about a customer having a difficult time deciding exactly what they wanted to get and she was complaining in front of her employees which I thought was very unprofessional I understand that sometimes customers have difficulty and it may be frustrating but to complain about that in front of your employees is not setting a good example and is only telling your employees that they should complain about other customers when it's a perfectly normal experience I'm quite sure they've done it in their own personal life because of this experience I will no longer be going to this particular Subway which is sad all I can say is that that manager should not be in her position she is not very professional you can tell that she has a hard time just moving in general because she is obese and that she doesn't seem to be a very pleasant person to deal with the few experiences I've dealt with her we're quite normal and Bland's and is definitely nothing I would expect...
Read moreOn Sunday 6/22/25 at 4pm, I went into this Subway to order for our road trip to Charleston. We are local, and have been into this store several times. Outside were two employees having a smoke break. Everyone should have breaks, that isn't the problem. The person they left in the store ignored me. There was no one else in the store. She turned her back to me and started putting away items into some undercabinet refrigerators. I waited a minute or two, then said 'excuse me', she didn't respond. We were in a hurry, so I needed to get something to go to eat in the car. So I went outside and asked one of them, if they could take my order, and went back inside. They contacted the one inside through some headset, and she glared at me, and yelled, 'You've got to be kidding me. Are you serious? You couldn't wait for me to put this stuff away?' I realized then that I would not be getting anything from here. I started walking out, and she yelled, 'Have a nice day' really sarcastically. What horrible customer service. Read moreIf you want a lesson on how not to treat customers, visit this Subway location and the Store Manager will show you very quickly. Extremely rude, displays a horrible attitude to customers and her staff. I wish I could say this was a one off experience but working in the area I have eaten at this location probably 20 times. The only time I have received good service is when the manager wasn't present. Pretty sure that should be the other way around but unfortunately its not. I've held my breathe a reviews until today as "Ole Betty" as we now call her for her continued rude interactions was the worst yet out of any experience. I cant even imagine what its like to work with/for her. Obviously management doesn't read these reviews as I just read them for the first time after I decided something needed to be said and almost every negative review is about the same person mentioned above.
