I just left this location and promise we will not be going back. I sat patiently in the drive thru to place my order. I had a $10 voucher from a previous order which was incorrectly made. I only wanted potato wedges and a large coleslaw. I was trying to ask if they would please not over cooked potatoes because the last time they were too hard to eat. The girl at the window cut me off. When I get to the window to give her my voucher, I tried to explain once again that would I would appreciate if the potato wedges were not overcooked. She shut the window and yelled for someone else to come take the voucher and handle the situation. Once the voucher was done she came back to the window to hand me my food. I asked the young lady if she was having a bad day. She asked why and I explained to her that she had was a rude to me twice and had cut me off. She asked me how she was rude and I explained again that she cut me off and slammed the window when I gave her the voucher. Again she said how was I rude? I simply told her that she should not talk to customers that way that it was not very polite when I was simply requesting that my food was not overcooked. As I started to drive off, this rude little girl leaned out the window and yelled, I worked all day and if you don't like the service, don't come back! I am a professional and do not appreciate being talked to this way, especially when I was polite to her. She angered me so much I started to go into the restaurant, but instead decided to call corporate and let them handle it. Never, in my 60 years of life, have I been so sickened by the way people treat other people on a daily basis. If no one showed up, these people wouldn't have a job. I work too and if I treated my patients the way these people treat me, I assure you I wouldn't have a job. This is the same store that only a year ago I witnessed the drive-through lady placing money in her own pants pocket and reported it right away to the corporate office. Read moreAbsolute worst experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Placed a to go order on their app at 6:36pm. App and Google say they are open until 10pm. App said my order would be ready at 6:55pm. My brother went to pick up the order for us and got there at 6:45 and the door was closed so he went through the drive thru. He was told at the window that they did not fill our order because they closed at 7 and didn’t have enough food to fulfill the order. Mind you it wasnt even 7pm yet at this time. I called to try to figure it out and was told I would have to contact customer service and ask for a refund because "we closed at 7". At this point it is still only 6:57. I asked for a manager and she said the general manager is here and she already knows so I said let me speak to her then. Another woman picks up the phone and I asked if she was the manager and she kept just repeating “can I help you?” So I’m pretty sure she wasn’t even the manager. Then the manager lied and told me the order didn’t pop up for them until after they closed at 7. I’m now out $65 for at least 3 business days waiting for a refund. Do NOT try to order from here as they are incredibly unprofessional and apparently decide to close whenever they want with or without pending orders that have been confirmed...

I was halfway trying to change my order and asked about a 5$ box and then she kept yelling out the total for the one thing I ordered. I was like I just want to add on to my order. She kept yelling the total at me. Finally I said I’m not done ordering ! Then she gave me some sarcastic comeback and I was like you know what nvm yall are gonna probably spit in my food anyway. So I drove off. Went a few days later but inside so I couldn’t somehow confuse the person what I want to order … the lady was very short and rude with me. Took five mins for her to even come up to me or say anything. Which is fine if she’s alone but when she did come up she was rude. Wouldn’t say thank you or you’re welcome even tho I kept telling her thank you. Maybe she was having a bad day ? Maybe yall need to hire people without rude attitudes. I’ll just not go back. I’m sad I did this time after the first time the lady was rude. It’s not like I came and tried to order before they were closing. It was mid day. It was like 2 pm.
