Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

I love Little Caesars Pizza. It's my go to pizza place. But this is experience was just sad. I show up and ask if something I want was hot&ready which they told me no. That's fine, so I decided to just get a regular pizza. Guy at the counter rings me up and as I'm waiting he tells me that'll it'll be 6 mins before my pizza a pizza was ready. If I was told that (which they usually do) I would have just got a custom made item or the item I originally wanted if I was gonna have to wait. So I wait the 6 mins and the guy opens up the door for another customer with 4 Pepperoni pizzas that have been sitting there. I never saw anyone load any pizzas during my wait. Then as he gets the first pizza for the other customer, the pizza below it falls out sideways. It doesn't land on the floor, but it's still sitting there sideways. He then grabs that pizza and hands it to me and walks away. I opened it to find it atrocious and waited to get one of the last two pizzas still in the box. I waited about a minute but he didn't even acknowledge me or what he just did. So I just decided to leave. It wasn't destroyed and im still gonna eat it but this just feels like negligence. Again I love little Caesars pizza but won't be coming back to this...

On Saturday 07/06/2024 I asked for a FRESH out the oven Extramostbestest pepperoni pizza & crazy bread w EXTRA Parmesan cheese!! I’m from Cali so IK what the Extramostbestest pepperoni pizza is supposed to look like so when I got my pizza I KNEW it didn’t look right!! The pizza had way too MUCH cheese & sauce on it so there wasn’t ENOUGH pepperoni to offset it!! It was way too thick & NOT cooked enough!! The guy that took my pizza out of the over decided to give me a order of crazy bread that had been sitting in the warmer for @ least 15 mins even though I asked for a FRESH order!! Another guy did make me a FRESH order of crazy bread w EXTRA Parmesan cheese & he was NICE about it which is why I’m giving them a 3 star rating for SERVICE!! The pizza was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I should have went w my INSTINCTS & DEMANDED my money back for the pizza upon receiving it because I KNEW it was gonna be NASTY AF & it was!! ONLY ate the crazy bread since it was FRESH, HOT, & as I requested it!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR...

I am beyond annoyed I got a stuff crust cheese pizza I asked for extra garlic parmesan butter and paid for the extra when I received my order I went home and saw that there was no garlic parmesan butter at all and the pizza was cold as well I am very disappointed and will be calling in the morning and asking for a refund for the item I didn’t receive on my pizza and I will not be ordering from here again I normally don’t order for this location but never again will I order from here and the staff all looked really annoyed and rude when I enter the building not one person said anything I told them I was picking up an order and the guy said ok and then couldn’t even find my order and finally found it in the back just overall wasn’t impressed if I was you guys I would order from a different little Caesar’s the stuff look like...
