Someone from Corprate needs to contact me. I proceeded through the outside drive-up, ordered my food, and submitted my stall number. I was given an estimate on the app that my food would be ready within 5-10 minutes. It was a VERY busy night, so when it took longer than this time frame, I was EXTREMELY understanding and continued to patiently wait. After waiting for OVER 30 minutes for my order, an employee came to my car and informed me that the kiosk was closed, and I would need to come through the drive-thru. I informed him that I had placed a mobile app order over 30 minutes ago, and the line was still pretty backed up, so if he could please just bring me my order since it was placed so long ago. Additionally, I pointed out that he had time to run outside and inform me that the kiosk wasn't accepting orders, so he should have enough time to bring my food. He then went back and asked his supervisor about this, and I heard her yelling through the parking lot that she was not going to bring my food and I needed to come through the drive-thru for it. He then returned to relay this message, and I asked for a refund. I was in no mood to sit another 20-30 minutes in this overly packed drive-thru. He went to his manager again and relayed the information of my request, and came back to inform me that I would need to ask for the refund through the app. I did not know how to do this, so I asked the employee to show me. He said he had no knowledge of how to do this. I asked him if he could ask his manager for help (since she had him running back and forth relaying messages to me anyways). She advised him that she did not know how and I would have to come back in the morning for a refund. I then decided to drive off because the nastiness in her tone threw me off. After driving off, I called the store so I could speak to her directly, let her know my concerns, the HORRIBLE customer service they provided, and she proceeded to talk over me and disregard my situation or concern. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. To confirm that she hung up on me and the line didn't just disconnect, I called once more and asked her name; she hung up on me again. I called several more times, and another representative answered the phone. When I asked him what his supervisor's name was, he said he "did not know." I asked him if he could check her name tag or ask her name so I could give a full review of this issue, he stated her name is Angie. Angie should NOT be in customer service, and I will be waiting for a supervisor or corporate to reach out to me regarding this issue I encountered tonight as well as compensate me for the food I ordered and never received. I would NEVER come to this location again, and I come here VERY often. I will tell everyone I know about this experience. ANGIE NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR TAUGHT...
Read moreSo I got a situation with the sonic location closest to my house ( Broad River Road 3036)that's still going on. I went there on the 2/22/2020 to get a large shake with m&ms and reeses candy in it. ( which they call the overload) I get back home all happy just to realize I payed $7 and change for a shake that had no candy in it. For that price i kinda expect it to be loaded up with candy or in sonic's words "overloaded" with candy. I called the location same night to try and resolve this fairly simple complaint. After calling the store 7 times with no answer I wondered if they answer phones at all. So I called a different location 3 times with also no answer. Weriod right , I know. So I called the corporate number to see what's going on. The lady that picked up was sum what helpfull so I though at the time. She told me that the store location would be contacted, and my name would be left there so I can claim my correct shake. I was also supposed to get a call back with in 24hrs. No call came the next day so I waiting one more day. Still no call back, so i then called corporate again. He this time assured me that I'd be receiving a call back this time and the store would be contacted. This time a gentleman named Craig called me claiming he was a store manager at the location I bought my incorrect shake at. Saying that I can come in to get the shake so that way everything is resolved. So the next day 2/25/2020at around 8:30ish i went to Claim my shake, only to be told that they had no record of the situation at all. At this point a $7 shake has become a huge inconvenience to me. I wasn't able to get my correct shake while sitting in the eat there bays(idk what they called sorry). So now I'm upset that corporate has been pulling my chain and the store is clueless. Idk where there lack of cumication is but its making me ( or any other customer) at this point feel unimportant. I thought the rule of thumb is "the customer is always right" , and I feel should be taken seriously. I now am waiting to hear from the store hopefully tonight or tomorrow morning 2/26/2020 - 2/27/20. I want the person who made my shake in the first place held accountable along with the store manager. A simple fix has now exceeded 5 days now with no resolution. #boycottsonic till they realize the customer they Serve will not be taken advantage of. I'll add later what need up...
Read moreI visited this Sonic right across the street from my daughter's house everyday for 3 weeks and the first day I was there I got my slushie and the little heavy set woman with the loud mouth and special attitude waited on me. I actually asked her was she having g a bad day or just didn't want to work, I also asked did she like her job because it looked like she was going through something. The next 4 days also..on the 5th day I went to the drive up stall and ordered the same thing and was told to pull out and come to a closer stall...I was right across from the door so I went in and of course she's is there with an attitude today also, so I made her speak, placed my order and she asked me if I wanted my change, I asked her how much was my order and she said $19.86, and I replied ok and she asked again and I asked her same question again 3rd time she just gave me my change. Really? Where do they do that at? Give me y change and stop robbing customers. The Food is mediocre, my favorite is the slushies...I just hate you have to pay for fruits...I get cherries in a Blue Raspberry rte.44 drink...the drink is already $5 the $.80 for 4 cherries plus tax....no thx! They are short staffed, over worked, tired and lazy slow. The same people was there almost everyday I went no matter what time. The loud mouth lady with the attitude and the tall young man with the two tired dreads. He needs more Training on customer service. Never greet you when you walk in, looks mean and frowns up while taking g your order. This is worst one I have been to. If you don't know what is good, don't ask because they hate questions here about the menu! By the way the ice cream is awesome. Thick, Thick!! Improve your customer service! The kitchen was a mess, you can see from the counter, no one wears glove...
