The employees are lazy and are in no hurry to serve anyone. I pulled up to the drive through and the girl looking at her cell phone decided to graciously come to the window. I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni at 5:19 pm and she tells me they only have 2 cheese and pepperoni will be a 10 minute wait. Seriously?! It’s around dinner time people! Why are the employees not making sure the hot and readies are stocked?? It’s called losing money every time you don’t have what the customer wants. Customer service is a thing of the past as well as fast and friendly service. This is all besides the fact that they have now changed their crust and sauce to save money. I placed my order from the parking lot and they said they would be closing soon and asked if I could be there by 10 and I said yes I was in the parking lot. They said they would make it fresh by the way. There was another car so I waited a minute to pull to the window. When the drive-thru window opened they said they were closed and it was 2 mins after closing when it was only 1 minute by the time she opened the window. She then said she had already counted her til and there was nothing she can do. I said so you cooked my pizza fresh then through it away? She even said she saw me in the parking lot. I ordered my pizza online so I could just go in, get it from the portal and leave. It told me it would be ready between 7:20-7:25. So I got there at 7:22 and nothing in the portal so I waited till the front girl could help me. I just thought it wasn't done yet. I waited and she spoke to me and me pizza was on the rack. Ok whatever I took my pizza went home and it was wrong. I go up there tell her that wasn't my pizza and explained to her what was wrong. They remade the pizza and she handed it to me and walked away. I mean usually when somebody (in this case multiple ppl) screw up you would get a apology. Customer service at that place has gone down the toilet ever since the bald headed manager left....
