The food is always delicious…it’s just that the brown skin girl with the short dreads needs to stop trying to be the petty co worker and just be polite to the customers and drama free instead. Twice when I went there my order was accidentally messed up and it wasn’t major. The first time I was supposed to have okra and not fries, and the second time I was supposed to have a large lemonade and not a small. The young ladies that took my order may have heard me wrong over the phone and it was no big deal, they were still were polite and offered to fix it…It’s the chick with the short dreads who was a witness during both incidents that keeps being petty, (I placed both those orders over the phone so she didn’t hear me order to take a side she only witnessed me coming n to pay for the order in person and realizing there was a slight mistake n the order, they didn’t repeat it back) so now when she’s sees me she wants to not speak and do and say little petty things like I messed my own order up or something…this last time I came in there today she started being petty singing some song tryna be funny like I’m a problem customer…when my order was messed up twice so of course I’m going to want to check to make sure it’s right before I pay. It was right this time because the woman repeated the order to me over the phone which is appropriate! I’m never rude…I never make a scene and even when they messed the order up twice last two times I just paid for the order anyway and took it. But instead of being petty just make sure the order is right! That wasn’t my fault that the order was misheard so why is she being petty every time she sees me come in there? The others who work there are polite and respectful it’s just her that starts to be petty when I come in like I messed my own order up! Grow up that feels like bullying! She’s the only person that does this smh. Just repeat the orders back to make sure it’s right n theses problems wouldn’t...
Read moreYes, I stopped by the cedar springs store and it was not the best service at all. I stopped NY around 7:45. Now as a Certified Chef and Caterer myself, I expected better service. I ordered 2 Chilli Cheese Bologna sandwiches. My sandwiches was not individually wrapped. I asked if I could get them wrapped. The person in the Kitchen caught an attitude when the young lady asked if she could wrap them. So instead of wrapping both she just put each sandwich in different boxes. When I arrived at home, neither sandwich had cheese on them. When I called the store, I got an excuse that cheese does not come on the sandwich. But could you not have told me that when I ordered 2 Chilli Cheese Bologna sandwiches???? So when I said I was going to get in touch with Mr. Canty himself, theyoung lady stated the manager was the lady in the kitchen. Nothing was resolved at all. I just will not be returning to this store. Until then made the comment about calling Mr. Canty, it did not phase them at all. So why would it phase you about me calling. NO THANK YOU, I'M GOOD!!!! Read moreWe have tried several times (via delivery) and everytime something is missing. Tonight sadly it was the corn dog in our kids meal and our one salad. The past few times they also have not had any dressings with the salad (even though we make a note) and forget silverware. Part of this may also be on GrubHub for not fully checking everything.
