I went to this location and ordered through the drive-through, Kiki was the cashier, or calandra is the name that's on my receipt! I ordered a 16-piece family meal and on the menu it says chicken or tenders so I asked if I could mix and match bc my son likes tenders and Kiki was very rude about that. They had me pull over to the side so they could bring it out to me, and as I was looking through the bag to make sure they hadn't forgotten anything, the manager on duty hollowed-out the drive-thru window we forgot your tenders, so Kiki brought them out there to me and was very rude about that. I had to go back in because I left all of my condiments that I asked for out of the bag, and the manager on duty when I asked for Texas Pete she said we don't have Texas Pete we have hot sauce, we don't know what kind of hot sauce it is we just know that it's hot sauce! First off she didn't have to be so rude and snappy about that, and second off, I work in a restaurant in customer service, and if I treated my customers like that I would not even have a job!! I will never go back to that location again. I was talking to my sister about it and she lives right down the road from there and said they are always very rude and snappy in there!! I also honestly think it's because I'm white. As I was leaving the manager was hee hee and ha ha in with a friend in the drive thru and they were black. Why couldn't she act like that with me? Or at least not be so rude and smile!!...

While waiting to order was told that the lobby is closed that we would have to go through the drive thru. I was being very professional in regards to the situation. We are already in the restaurant and the doors were not closed and there is no sign that said Lobby is closed. A little bit of customer service etiquettes is much needed. We already in the building you could at least asked what is needed or what can you help with. We had to go through the drive thru for you to tell me that you practically ran out of everything. Why didn’t you just tell me that in person. The register might be closed at the front but he one at the drive thru is not —you can still ring people up that way ..what’s bad is that there is NOBODY at the drive thru . Need to have some well mannered and sensible staff working to serve—I am not asking...

Figured mistakes happen, and tried again. Order a big box of chicken, breasts and thighs. I was told to move forward. Waited over 5 minutes for the only car ahead of me. When I got there, the obviously be guy said "hold on a minute please" and called his manager over and asked him how to do breasts and thighs. The manager looked at me agitated and said " we don't do that" and walked away. So I said have a good day and drove away.
Two strikes, not three, is what I give. Not going back.
I always order breasts and thighs. First time here I did, and I was given it no questions asked. Sometimes I'm given them right away, sometimes there is an additional charge, no problem.
