I ordered a pizza with no sausage on half and no onion at all. The person taking the order made me repeat my order 5-6 times. My husband went to pick it up and they gave him 2 pizzas. He came home and asked why I ordered 2 pizzas. I told him I didn't. He was sitting right next to me when I placed our order. We looked at the 2 pizzas and neither one was our order. I looked at the paper attached to the box and neither pizza was what the order should be according to the order slip on the box. I called and told the young female that answered that we had 2 pizzas instead of the one I ordered. She casually said that she had messed up the order. I requested that they remake the pizza and deliver it to us and she said no. I asked for a refund (we paid cash) and she said no. She was very rude. I contracted their corporate office and the regional manager asked what happened and said they should have delivered the pizza. I told him how rude they were and he said he was going to that store the next day and would speak to them and have my refund waiting on me when I got their. Surprise! I went in and not one single person said they saw the manager and no one knew of my refund. Horrible service and managers...

Iām not looking for a apology on this shocking service but Pizza Hut and dominos are right across the street from that location maybe Iāll just stick to those locations and to avoid missing out for dinner on time ⦠Please do better this location has a low rep in the area now it makes sense...

UNTIL RECENTLY it was good. Our last two orders here were completed incorrectly, the most recent being TODAY 9/4/22. We order online & pickup at the drive thru. I checked the orders before submitting, but once we get home the order is wrong: one order about a month ago, the toppings were wrong on our pizzas. TODAY'S order, submitted online & picked up at drive thru, we get home, open the boxes & the order was filled incorrectly again, this time with wrong toppings on the wrong crusts. Our receipt clearly shows the correct order but Marco's employee(s) got it completely wrong, again. Just a suggestion Marco's: if you want folks in the area to continue ordering your pizzas, you might want to make sure your employees care about getting the orders correct.
