Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

Randy is the only reason I will ever be ordering from here again. After being told my pizza was ready and coming up to get it I was then told I had to wait another 25 to 30 minutes. So I returned 30 minutes later and stood there for 25 minutes until someone finally came up to ask me if I needed assistance because my face was starting to show my overwhelming frustration. Randy noticed me standing there and came up to help after speaking to another worker who shrugged me off. As it turns out there was a stack of pizza sitting on the rack ever since I walked in the door and that was my order. But no one took the time to ask my name. I enjoy the pizza from Marco's however service like this, Even when busy and understaffed, nearly cost this location my business permanently. Randy told me as he was assisting me that he was new and that this place was about to go under new management. My recommendation is that whoever this new management is utilize Randy because it seems he's the only person that cares about the people...

Ordered takeout. Food was delivered sooner than they estimated, a plus! Tastes great too. However we didn’t get one our meal items and didn’t notice until driver had already taken off. Immediately called the store and was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer - just hold music. Tried again a few minutes later and after five minutes on hold it started ringing, but after about ten rings I was disconnected.

Updated 6/20: We got takeout again from here. First, all of our items tasted great. The only hitch this time was one of our items, a small pizza wasn't made at all. I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for it, but the manager refunded the charge for it on our bill. Nice job! A note to would be customers. This is the only pizza place for miles around that I'm aware of and it's located between two heavily densely-populated developments: Cane Bay and Nexton. Having been inside it twice now, I can tell you they are ALWAYS slammed with orders. You have to keep it in mind...

Just left the place from picking up my call in order that was placed at 5:45 online and didn’t received until almost 6:20.I asked if my order was ready and was told it wasn’t it was still in the oven . One of the female preparer kept watching me because she saw me watching them preparing other orders , so while im waiting the front female cashier had her hands inside the side of her pants which did not look nor was it professional at all because this is a good establishment and on top of that no one is wearing gloves . Finally got my order and noticed that my pizza was almost cold not hot fresh out the oven I sprite of me waiting all of that time to get my order , I could’ve turned around but I was already very disappointed with the wait time and the fact that I was told it would be coming hot out the oven and I had groceries that I needed to get out of my vehicle. Come on Marcos , I really like your pizza but your workers need to be a little bit more...
