Placed an order at 4:39 pm. Received an email at 4:53 pm stating order was being made. Received an email at 5:04 that the order was in the oven.
Waited until 5:50 for the pizza to be delivered. It hadn't been.
I contacted the store 4 times. The first three times I contacted the store I was hung up on without ever being able to speak to someone. The fourth time a young man answered the phone, did not provide name. I provided my order number and explained that our pizza had not been delivered. He said he would check, placed me on hold and never picked up the line again: however, I received an email at 6:01 stating that my pizza was on the way.
The pizza was finally delivered at 6:39, two hours after the order was placed and 1.5 hours after it had been taken out of the oven and left on the warming rack to get COLD and SOGGY. There was no Marinara or seasonings included.
To say this was a bad experience with Marco's pizza is an understatement. I won't be order from this...

When Delivered one pizza was missing the delivery girl was very nice she called to have the manager deliver it. But 3 hrs later still no pizza. I called twice about it. The first time they said they just left with my pizza it will arrive shortly. And hr goes by. The second time they put me on hold then asked me if I wanted a refund or for them to make me another pizza. So they lied about the manager being on the way with my pizza and didn't apologize at all. The only reason I put 3 stars is because I ate here one time previously, and it was okay at best. Wings are a good size, I just literally can’t comprehend how someone hears “BBQ” instead of “mild”.
