McDonald's — Restaurant in South Carolina

I should had give a ZERO star! Recommended people to NOT go to that mcdonald. Today is So HORRIBLE experience for me. Yesterday I was waiting for 2 Frappuccino and we was waited for 15 mins so decided to go front clerk and ask them for paper and pen due I'm deaf so the lady was ignore and talk to other employees and making a fun. I was so frustrated. I was so mad then the white lady came to me I explained them about situation they ignore me so she was like oh I'm sorry and they said they will refund me and get drink so. Now I didn't got my refund back yet. So today I went there to charge my phone because my phone was dying and was planning to get me a Frappuccino with my coupon on app. I went to my car to get the card and end up there was 3 sheriff came to me I was confuse and completely lost. I told them I'm deaf and they use phone to communicate me and was told me that the gaf manager told them u was "trespassing their property" I was like dafq. And they gave me the paper "notice of restrictions of property" I was so furious. Right now I'm plan to call corporate and see I'm plan sue them I feel like they deviation my deaf. So RECOMMENDED to not go there! No so friendly staff out there especially 2 lady was friendly while otherdoesn't. They would make you wait...

We placed our order in the drive-thru. The person taking our order got our order wrong as simple as it was. Here are the things they got wrong. First of all, no ice was mentioned several times, and the drink was handed out full of ice. Next, they gave apple slices instead of yogurt. They neglected to ask if we needed a boy or girl toy for the happy meal, and they didn't ask which sauce for the chicken nuggets. The food quality was poor even after having to wait for "fresh fries". While waiting, we observed a cough into a hand, wiping hands onto pants, and not using gloves to refill the ice cream machine. The woman's hair was long and unkept and all but fell into the machine. The initial cashier at window one was chastised by the manager for having too long of nails because it interfered with her ability to operate the register. As far as we could see the place needed cleaning, and all employees seemed to have poor hygiene habits. The fries are usually the only thing we truly enjoy here, but even that was unenjoyable because they weren't that hot. This McDonald's looks decent from the outside, but on the inside we observed poor standards and we didn't even see into...

Overall, this location is not terrible. It really just depends on what time of day you go Breakfast time is probably the only decent time to this location at lunchtime and dinner time. I have been there and I never get my sauces and when I ask for some, the staff always have a snobby attitude. you can hear them in there talking about they don’t want to be there and cussing and playing around. I was handed a drink, and I sat there and waited at the window for about five minutes for them to hand me my food and my straw that was sitting right there, but the lady at the drive-through turned around and started talking to somebody, I’ll even go there sometimes and it is completely clear of anybody and I have to wait. I understand if it’s food but when it’s a small drink that I’m having to wait 10 minutes for is absolutely ridiculous. And for heaven sakes the sweet tea I don’t even get sweet tea from this location no more because it is always unsweet like I even got a gallon one time and they gave me unsweet tea. I don’t know what is up with this location, but...
