I have consistently encountered poor service at this location. Each visit has been marked by errors or missing items, and I have yet to receive an accurate or complete order. For example, on one occasion, I ordered a $5 meal that should have included four chicken nuggets, but only two were provided.

These issues are consistent and occur regardless of the time of day or the staff working. Orders are frequently incorrect, and missing items are a regular occurrence. Additionally, online orders are particularly frustrating, as the store refuses to assist customers in person, instead directing them to contact corporate for refunds. This process is unnecessarily inconvenient and further detracts from an already poor experience.

The staff, including management, display a lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Employees and managers alike are often rude, dismissive, and unaccountable for their mistakes. When errors are brought to their attention, they respond defensively, which exacerbates the situation and leaves customers feeling disrespected and ignored.

These ongoing issues, supported by numerous similar complaints from other customers, indicate a systemic problem within the store. It is evident that the management or ownership of this location fails to prioritize operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, or staff training. We visited on a Saturday about 2 pm. I normally go through drive thru however the line was soooo long I decided to go in. Cars were wrapped around to the street entrance. When I got in the line inside was soooo long. The employees were having a Christmas party. Customers were so upset. Complaining about waiting so long and orders being wrong. But no one there cared. They continued to party. This manager Roberta was there who has no personality at all. She was no help at all. She doesn't manage the store well at all. Always looking mean. I have heard her speak really nasty to one of the young ladies that work there. The young black girl had a stank face and was not concerned about anything. Every few seconds she would step out and say "Does anyone need to order?" She left us all there to go to the side to the Christmas party. Then 2 other guys who were not at work came to tell one of the guys that was at work to come over for "like 5 secs" Well this guy went over. I was so confused. How do you have about 15 customers upfront and Lord only knows how many cars in drive thru to go to a party for "5 secs" I really could go on and on. This location is closest to my home and job but they are getting worse. It is ridiculous. I actually have another review from today but I will post...

They forget a simple item on my order bcuz their worker told me to pull up and got food and they forgot my smoothie but bcuz It was rush hour I didn't notice so I go back even with recipe and called like couples times, they never answered..I show up two day later and first worker understood the assignment Nd she knew they probably f up but the manger comes up and tells me they can't give me my smoothie (that they left out)and tells me if it's a week out they can't compensate me and I looked at her like it hasn't even been four days ..so she slipped on that one..they just didn't want to deal with me at all with a dismissive additude like what I was saying wasn't important so they let me have it supposably ( no they owed me one)$2.19is a lot for a small smoothie and I'm not responsible for getting my order right...THEY ARE and their worker told me to pull up and itwas an honest mistake on her... But for them to not take accountability or try to understand 1st worker did)and rather dismiss me like I'm a commodity of a consumer but what they don't know we the ones why they have a job their in the first place ...we work hard for every dollar so when u take it like a joke I'ma write a review just like this to show them some yall in their need to get ya act together rather then Mc...
