I order on the app 40 nuggets with 2 large fries and a large Carmel frappe. Mind you this was around 12am. When we got to McDonald’s we wait about 5-10 min went to the second window everything was going fine. We was handed our food but was told to pull to spot 1 for our frappe. We wait about 15 min, one of the workers popped out the door and told us “i need to hand you this quick because I have to run back to catch the door”. By the time we looked at the frappe and realized it was mocha the worker was gone. So we had to pull around thru the drive thru again. This time we wait about 20 mins we finally got someone to answer the drive thru. We explained what was wrong and they gave us an attitude saying we should have known that they didn’t have any Carmel. We explain it was an online order and it didn’t say anything about that. Also explain that nobody had told us about being out of Carmel when we picked up our order. We was told to pull to the second window. There was a manger at the window and we explain to her as well. She told up to pull at spot 1 again. This time we wait 25 mins and she came out and gave us $3.08 the refund for a small frappe. I explained to her it was a large Carmel. She got fussy and told me no it wasn’t. She know it was small but she was being nice and gave me a large. she told me she could prove it to me that she was going to get the receipt. 10 mins later she come back with an attitude she claiming it was a small but she gave a large and told me she couldn’t look up my receipt. I showed her my phone receipt say it was a large Carmel frappe. Then she ask for money she gave us at first and goes inside again. Another 10 mins later she starts telling us she forgot she can’t give me a refund because she not allowed to. First of all if you not allowed to then why have us wait 40 plus mins. Second of all why give us a money refund on a small frappe. Third of all why the attitude could of just told us from the beginning that they can do refund we have to take it up with corporation. Read moreThe manager wasn't doing her job she was going in and out of the door to sit in her car with her boyfriend, the muffin on my egg McMuffen was so hard that I could not bite through it when I took it back to the counter and asked for another one the girl just stood there with her mouth open and said well I don't know how to ring that up, then another lady came up and took it (I watched to make sure nothing bad went on (spit and such ) and she had to go to the back just to get another muffin because everyone she picked up ( with her bare hands) was hard as a rock, now mind you that she didn't throw out the hard ones they just kept using them for other customers ( of which 3 from the drive through were behind me with problems also) she made my new muffin with bare hands that she had been taking money with, and I watched her take the muffin that I had taken back and put it in a bag with other food hand it to another girl who gave it to another customer at the drive through! !!!!! I said wait a minute I had that in my mouth trying to bite it you can't do that she just rolled her eyes and let the people drive off !!!!!!!! The whole time this was going on the manager is in and out of the store, when I first ordered my food I wanted a frappa but they told me that the machine had to be cleaned I asked how long that that would take and was told 2 or 3 hours, and the whole time all of this mess was going on they had at least 3 people walking around bumping into each other not really accomplishing anything. Read moreI sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and figured the speakers were down and to go try the window. NOPE, they said “oh she must have had it on hold”, so I asked to order at the window “because I only wanted fries and nuggets” and even though I waited ten minutes and went from being the first car to the last car I was told to go back in line. So then I wait another ten minutes before my order is taken- again, just fries and nuggets- and the fries were okay but the nuggets were ROCKS. I mean they couldn’t have been made in the last 25 minutes, barely wanted to break in my hand and weren’t even slightly warm. So after waiting 20 minutes I circled back and got a refund. Of course they did the whole oh sorry and asked if I wanted to wait and have the nuggets replaced “they only take 3 and a half minutes” but to have been waiting sooo long and then to see about 6 employees in there (could have been more), it was more insulting that the nuggets weren’t done right in the first place. My time had been wasted too much for me to justify wanting to give it another shot, it was easier to just accept back the $9 and realize I picked wrong tonight. This location is 50/50. I personally have way more horror stories in the bag but it was 2 in the morning and I wanted nuggets.
