The bouncers at this establishment are INCREDIBLY rude. I, 21 (22 in 3 weeks) went to celebrate my friends 22nd birthday. 6 of us all 21 years or older. The bouncer accused ALL 6 OF US for having fakes and even tried to deny the birthday girl. Later we went outside to smoke, and when we went back in the bouncer tried to deny me because I didn’t have the star on my ID and it was still a vertical ID. Neither of which are grounds to deny a 100% real ID of someone who is 21. (PA IDs are vertical until they expire even if that date is after you turn 21, and the star is not a requirement for a valid ID until May of 2025). And when I corrected him he threatened to kick me out. At one point they even brought out a book of IDs from each state. They target people with out of state IDs. Their excuse was “SLED has been here the past 3 nights” like cool when they get here they can scan my ID. Get a TSA scanner if letting underage kids in has been such an issue for your establishment. I’ve been here several times in the past year, and only recently has this become an issue. I ended up having to show them my military ID to prove I was of age. So rude and so unprofessional. Bartenders were absolutely...
Read moreIm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews unless it is warranted. This is my third and last time to this location. Each time it has gotten worse. I really don't know where to begin. We felt as if we really weren't welcome here because we were not from their group of regular customers. We ordered a bunch of apps. Those were ok. I ordered the homemade chicken noodle soup. It was loaded with noodles and little broth. The broth tasted like ketchup water, in fact it it was used as a broth. The waitress went back and asked.. Yuck. The fish was not cooked completely. My wife's cheeseburger wrap smelled like old beef. Lastly, the famous chicken wings were a rubbery joke. Save your money. There are plenty of restaurants in Myrtle Beach to eat at that have consistently good to excellent food. Too many problems to have for a bar and grill. I also believe masks are mandatory for all service staff. Not here. THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF ANY OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS, JUST THE CAROLINA...
Read moreI’ll start off we love the food, but today the service was non existent- we sat at the bar waiting for the bartender she was emptying the dish washer , made eye contact with us, continued with the dishwasher now loading it and laughing and talking with people at the end of the bar. She then looked our way again and came our way but refilled someone’s drink and went back to the people she was socializing with. She again glanced our way but did not approach us. All she needed was to say hey i’ll be right with you but nothing, so we left - 10 minutes without anything sitting there. We went to the bar around the corner and were greeted right away. I’m sure it was just a fluke but being ignored is...
