I would give 0 stars but I'm force to rate a 1 star. So I came into the store at 12 during lunch and ordered some garlic parmesan wings. Upon entering my car I opened the box and noticed it was saturated or let's just say swimming in oil . I went back inside and asked the employee about it (We are talking a quarter inch) and he states that it was garlic butter. Taking his word I decided to shake it up to cover the chicken. I returned to work and ate 1 piece that had absolutely NO GARLIC FLAVOR. I skipped breakfast so I dipped the second one into ranch and just couldn't eat it. I returned to the restaurant when I got off at 4:30 and explain to the same guy that it was inedible. He then asks me "What would you like me to do?" I explained to him that I would like a portion of a refund or to at least be offered something of the same value because I no longer had a taste for wings after the disastrous experience. He then goes on to tell me that the only thing he can do is cook me 3 wings. I informed him that was bad customer service because I was forced to pay $5.40 for 5 wings that I made a trip back to bring. By no means was I looking for anything free. I know how hard it is to run a restaurant and work in F&B .We ordered Niko's bc we wanted to support a local small business near the house. Well, I will never order from Niko's again. Not only did they tell my husband to make sure he told me I was crazy, they said to make sure I knew it wasn't burger king. I ordered 30 wings, they give you 2 sauce choices and I asked for 4 in the memo section. How fricken crazy is that?! I just figured if I was spending 50 bucks and tipping appropriately it wouldn't be that big of a deal. I was wrong. They couldn't handle the order. It truly baffled them. They were slow and rude. My wings were undercooked and I had to cook them all again once I got them. I also didn't get the extra ranch I paid for. They put the salad in the same bag as the hot wings. Read moreFirst, I want to THANK the gentleman at the drive-thru for his PROFESSIONALISM. I eat here often so it disappoints me to have to write this review.... My order was a hamburger COMBO PLAIN and a Philly cheese steak PLAIN.... The order was wrong at first, but I'm patient and I even considered the fact that I wasn't completely clear although I am always clear, due to an underlying allergy. I and the drive-thru employee repeatedly told the cook that I just wanted meat and bread. I figured simple enough... The second time only half of the order is correct. I bring that portion (the burger) back and ask for a refund. After all of this, I am sure a full refund for the COMBO was deserved, but because I ate the fries and drank the soda waiting for my order to be fixed; I instead walked away with just $3.73.... The cashier actually had the audacity to scoff at me.... Was that good business, Naaah. My full refund should have come out of your cooks' pocket......
